Hi! I have a problem. Recorded on video. I have 3 games, all from the list that your steering wheel supports. (Showrunner (ps4 version)-works) (Gran Turismo 7 (ps5 version) - does not work) (F1 2021(ps5 version) - does not work) I did everything step by step, as per the instructions and as you answered me in previous letters. I bought a steering wheel specifically for the game Gran Turismo 7
What mode are you driving in? There’s precision and controller mode. I’ve played gt7 and F1 2021 on the ps5 using the precision wheel mode and it worked just fine. I’m not sure why your wheel isn’t working on those games.
@@BADGER-cn5lo you hold the PS button and while doing so unplug your wheel from the front of the ps5 (the usb slot in front) and plug it back in and let go of the ps button. If the light is flashing it’s in controller mode and if it’s solid red or orange, it’s in precision wheel mode.
Do you know how to actually get the wheel to work? When I'm in gamepad mode (when the light is just red and not flashing) I'm able to unpause GT7 and use the pedals, the problem is the wheel wouldn't steer in this mode. So I switch to the other modes that I don't know the names of, I do know that one of them has a flashing red light and the other has a flashing green light (which I assume are racing wheel modes). However when I do this, I get a message from my PS5 console saying I can't use that controller to play any PS5 games! It leaves me stuck on the pause menu of the race in GT7, essentially softlocked. I try to unpause and press every button I can, nothing. The only things I can actually control are the home menu after pressing the PS button but thats it! If you do have any solutions, please reply to my comment. (Sorry if I wrote a whole essay btw, I just wanted to go into detail)
I'm facing the same problem everyone else here is saying, yet still no real answers here or anywhere on how to get it to work on PS5 GT7. Some people say just return it and save up for a T150, T248, or even a G29.
I didn’t have any problems using the T80 for GT7 on the PS5. Have you tried the basic stuff (unplugging it from the front of your ps5, and plugging it back in, doing the same with your pedals, switching modes)?
What if when you log into gt7, it says that the device does not support ps5 games. I tried to calibrate the steering wheel on a PC. Maybe there is an upgrade program from the ps4 to ps5 version?
Hi , i have a problem with my steering wheel in gt7 the problem is some tracks are hard to play with it is there is something i can do in the settings without enabling auto drive ?
Hi sorry for the late reply. What mode are you using to play gt7? And are you using any assists? I played gt7 in the “precision wheel mode” and it seemed to work ok. If you’re in the “controller mode”, try adjusting the sensitivity to see if that helps. Green is the highest and it’s usually the most recommended. Hope this helps.
@@albaraaabed5917 maybe try turning auto drive off and try enabling some other assists? I’ve never used auto drive so it might be messing you up? And depending on the track and car you’re driving, sometimes changing the car setup can help too. The light should be on all the time. There is a blink in my steering wheel. I think this is the cause of the problem. When I go to the set steering wheel tab, it shows that no sterring wheel is connected. Yes, I tried to do so.
