I’m looking at her asleep in her swing now. I’m going to carefully follow her development from here on out and take advice from experts. I’m a lucky dad. So far I guess I’ve done good on my own because she’s ahead in so many ways, but I want to be sure I’m giving her what she needs. I believed until tonight that you could “spoil” them at this age. It’s a good thing I live in an apartment and have been attentive to her needs to keep the neighbors from going crazy or for three months I would have been doing it wrong. :p I hate this place, but thank god for that, otherwise I would have been letting her “cry it out” which is the wrong thing to do. My Little guy will be 3 month on 11/22. He’s already trying to walk, talk, and crawl. He loves standing up. I was happy at 2 months , he started sleeping 14-15 hours even when being woken very 3-4hrs for diaper changes and feeding.
So September 22nd? My little girl is October 22nd :). It’s been so much fun but god I’m exhausted. Mom has to leave for work at 2 AM and it’s all me until 11:30 AM. I’ve been reading tonight about how to make her develop good and on schedule. I don’t want her to fall behind because of something I’m doing wrong. I have older kids, but I was younger when they were born and I want to get this one 100% right. I know that isn’t 100% possible, but god I’m happy to be doing this and I’m gonna try. I used to resent my mom for doing better by my sister (8 years younger than me), but I get it now. Why repeat the same old mistakes? Congrats to you and I hope your little boy is doing well. :)
Why do all the babies look happy in this? I feel like my baby is rarely happy :( always something wrong, hungry, gassy, not entertaining her enough, entertaining her too much, tired. It never ends.
@@LimpestBizkit an update, she’s almost a year old and so much happier. I think she just had colic for the longest. She’s still a bad sleeper so we are up nearly 3 times a night lol but it’s okay.
My baby will be 3 months old in two weeks. He’s gotten so big. I don’t remember babies growing this fast. He was 6 lbs at birth and now he’s 15 lbs. he looks like he’s grown a few in too.
Hopefully it’s gotten better by now, my baby just turned three months, she usually sleeps until about two in the morning wants to eat, will sleep again until about six or 7 AM

I'm either holding her standing up or wever strenuous thing I'm doing, that's awkward for me to get around, & w/ her being so small, she still can't fit in anything conveniently more comfortable. It's way more mommmmyyy??? Hold me, I said now! Idc if u think I'm dramatic I'm a tiny baby, & I'm ur baby. Ppl: don't mind if I do. Get in your way that is.. also awwww ____. It's like I know! Can barely pass by any1 w/ out ppl saying stuff. Really don't feel like having random pointless convos either. Yes, I know she's cute. But move anyways. Its fun when they either pick up on my vibe or theyre focus just directly goes to her. Ive crossed ppl I've hated too.. I mean, not sure what part of she's my kid aren't ppl understanding. Or they just act like their little passer byer moment, they must have all the correct answers bc y is ur baby crying.. 1) bc its not that serious. 2) you're stalling more unnecessary time by being in the way. 3) shell sense my frustration. 4) you do realize I'm tired from all this, right? Bc im not a passer beer moment? No? Ok. 5) move!!!!!! Also my munchkin at any random moment tho: I just used the bafroom! The funniest thing she's doing at this time period is lifting up her legs & booty up when I change her. Like good looking out, kiddo! She hates being strapped in anything. & I think she likes telletubbies. But I wish I could find Tom & Jerry. I think she's more amused by jerry. Carseats, sitting rocking chair, stroller, carrier, wever. Anything that contains her, she hates. That'd be my kiddo 😊😅
Hang in there mama I know the feeling I had two colic babies and it was soooooo hard don’t feel bad if you have to sit baby down and step away you got this God bless ❤️
@@ceeceeme3019 thank you love. It's actually gotten better now at 3 months, but I think she's now teething. But she's a tough cookie. We just have to exercise a lot of patience, when they can't yet tell us what's troubling them. Much love
@Kimberly Benjamin My son is 3 months and a week. He was on lactose intolerant formula and still so fussy. I got some infant oatmeal cereal and added a teaspoon of that to each bottle, NO MORE FUSSING! Hope this helps😊💞
I am not sure if this is about 3 months old babies (i.e. 3 months passed since birth), or about the babies 3rd month ( i.e. 2 months passed, and this is the third).

My baby is meeting all of these, except maybe lifting her head, she is in the top 95 percentile, so has a very big head, and hates, I mean HATES, tummy time
New mommy here! Baby is 3 months old but was born at 36 weeks and 3 days. Should I expect him to achieve all month appropriate milestones or is he technically a month younger? 🤯 He's doing great meeting all milestones so far though, he's just a bit smaller. 👍🏼🤞🏼
My babe was born at 36.4, and our peds said for the first 2 years of life you anticipate milestones based on their expected due date (not their birthdate). So while my baby was exactly three months of age yesterday, she's only in her 9th week developmentally. BUT that doesn't mean our wee ones won't meet some of their milestones according to their birthdate. Even term babies meet milestones early and late. There is a lot of variety, and milestones timeframes are averages.
I have a 36 weeker (had her at exactly 36 weeks!). She's in the middle developmentally. I don't worry if she doesn't meet all her chronological age milestones but focus on adjusted age.
@@jessicaayala5846 mine is also 36.0 weeker. she is just bit smaller than average baby because she doesn’t drink properly, but she is doing all these activities since she was 2and 1/2 months.so it's vary one baby to baby.
To new mom's out there...the crying that EVERYONE says is not true... I don't have a f clue why they say that. I thought THEY ONLY CRY. No they don't. Even when hungry u can understand it before he make any weird sounds. Don t panic it s not like thay

Ask the pediatrician. Maybe go to a lactation consultant to make sure you’re feeding correctly (per referral). Make sure tummy issues aren’t keeping him from eating,
