Its not judt because their women. Andretti who are an accomplished team and brand are barely getting in the door. Plus few drivers even get a chance muchless thrive in F1.

If Chadwick is so good why was she 12th in indy next this year? And the only full time rookie without a top 5? Her team mate won the championship and another teammate - a rookie like her was rookie of the year. Clearly she was in a good team. Also her formula regional results are not that great either. Beaten by 2 guys who contested just 3/8 rounds. She objectively can only win against other women.

....which is why this is a long term project to widen the net of women in motorsport over a decade.

Can we not reject the FIA? That would be a step in the right direction.

I am very pro-women in motor sports but Chadwick is not at an F1 level driver in either talent or skill. Yes, she would for sure smoke anyone in this comment section she isn't even good enough for an F3 seat outside of regional series like the Asia F3 championship, where in spite of Andretti's best efforts could only finish 4th. She is not competitive in Indy Nxt in spite of good equipement and a competitive team. She would have been nothing short of an embarrassment and while it would mean Mazapin would not be the worst F1 driver in recent memory it would also mean that an actual F1 quality female driver would not get a chance in the future. Mute point though as she is well shy of the 40 Super License points needed for F1.
F1 needs a Michèle Mouton not gender shifted Latiffi. When you want to break barriers you need someone who can break down those barriers. Jackie Robinson broke Baseball's color barrier not because he was black: he broke it because he was black and one of the greatest players ever leaving no excuses and no doubt that he belonged in Major League Baseball.
Drivers like Chadwick, Bianca Bustamante, and Jessica Hawkins while not good enough to race F1 hopefully will inspire a generation of girls in great enough numbers to actually develop a couple/few Women drivers with the talent and skill to one day be real challengers in F1 and not just marketing props.
Edited to add: Stop complaining it is 'too hard for girls coming up' because it is hard for everyone and it is the hard that makes you good. "They are mean to me and don't believe in me" is an excuse not a reason. Stop with the 'Women's series', you don't get good competing against bad. Three steps to getting a female F1 quality driver: 1) finance girls in Karting. Put adverts in for female tryouts on billboards, at sporting events, on school notice boards and finance the best of them through the World Karting Championship. 2) Get fathers really involved. Get them feeling they can live vicariously though their daughters with everything from posters at dealerships, garages, interests pieces during races and on local news about getting their daughters onto the track. 3) When they advance they advance through open series and not female series. If they cannot compete with boys at the age of 10-13 they will never be able to compete with men. If you are not good enough to compete at the highest level of Karting or equivalent by the time you are 15 you will never be good enough to compete in F1. No matter how hard you try, no matter how hard you work if you do not have the talent all the 'you go girl' vibes in the world will not make you a potential F1 talent with the dedication and pure driving ambition that requires.

F1 is the best of the best. Theres no rule saying no woman. Just no woman good enough yet. If we had an aussie girl in the F1 id be wearing her hat. But due to simple facts on how men and woman are different sadly im sure there wont be any female F1 winning driver for many years yet to come.

Stopped watching. Title is about why Rodin was rejected but then changes topic to women in F1.
Having a female driver was not the reason they were rejected. What a pointless video, clearly scripted and voiced by terrible AI.
P.S. I am entirely for women competing in F1 and think it should absolutely be talked about but not whilst veiled behind a different clickbait video title with no relevance.
