Great video. The information was easy to comprehend and it was great to see how you prepared all the ingredients. I really look forward to trying this out.

No need to peel supermarket carrots and parsnips. Just wash them

Lovely recipe thanks but................did we really have to watch you peeling and cutting every single vegetable? Wasted 4 minutes when you could so easily have just put what the ingredients were and then when the writing did hit the screen it was gone before we had finished reading.

Christine Onley thanks for your opinions. Will keep it short and simple on the next uploads.

Do we really have to read your comment without the adequate courtesy... It's not what you say, but how you say it!

@@DucPhamHumbleDaysCooking You're very kind, but she was rude. Personally, I really enjoyed the peeling and slicing and cutting..helps me as a chef!

Next time Christine---since this is a video, forward ahead to the parts you want to see and pause on the parts that you need to observe more closely. This is a free video out of the kindness of the sharer who is sharing professional cutting techniques. Unbelievable you choose to complain about this free lesson in knife cutting on a cooking video!
