he dropped the quality a long time ago
Just pray they don't need warranty support....or buy from a company who will properly support customers.
Hopefully you don't need to use any warranty support!
I was sold on an ASUS laptop until I heard about the warranty support.
Just avoid doing something stupid and go to your trusted local repair shop, if they know how to work on them
@@solarium4659no warranty then?
That's evidently being worked with a standardized form.
@@ahmadnooryuhdi7514 not really
@@ahmadnooryuhdi7514 get warranty if you trust their services and if they have a good record, but you can take it at your own risk if their services are not the best
The asus in the middle where you get the good of both sides you can work it as tablet and get the traditional latop feel
Very similar to the Flow X13 they had before. I own that laptop and the combination of the awesome form factor with enough power for professional work and occasional gaming is super nice
Great unboxing and comparison as always!! For me it's the Middle one. Cause of it's Versability, you get both benefits of a tablet and a laptop. And it's in piece. 😄
Lou when are you covering the Framework 13 laptop?
I really like the previous ProArt laptops with physical scroll wheel , that gives more premium looks and a distinctive characteristics to the laptop.
from what I understood, this one doesn't replace the studiobook, it is an addition to the lineup as a more portable alternative
@@stanislasflipo7214 The most distinctive ProArt characteristics of the physical scroll wheel can easily be accommodated in a portable form factor is Asus wanted but what they did instead is ruin the identity of the laptop series and made it look like Vivobook / Zenbookinstead which is really not good at all. The tactile feedback of the scroll wheel is way better than the flushed feel of this design which does not only feel good but also take up quite a space from the trackpad as well. Even though it is a portable addition to the line-up , it is actually a deteriorated addition.

I'd like to see you test the big boy, 16-inch ProArt, especially the battery life considering the 4K screen ...
ASUS have mastered everything, now they have to master customer service and we have #1 brand in the world
What did they master instead of marketing? Quality is zero, even below zero. Asus = shit.
@@D1sconnectwhat did asus do to you?
@@JustGolight What they did to you so you are protecting them?
I'm clear in my complaints about their quality, it's shit, many times confirmed.
And their warranty is nothing.
That's why they put liquid metal everywhere, they won't be repairing it anyway so why not? 😄
@@D1sconnect Why so pissed? Can't afford it?
@@NomanJohan Maybe keep up with real tech reviewers like Gamers Nexus.
But the warranties?
Forget warranty when it comes to asus..
Shillbux therapy don't care
Throw away the old one, and just buy a new one.
😏
Name one company that have no problem with warranty support? I had problems with Acer, and Lenovo too.
@@Wha2lesPeople like you are the reason why we can't have nice things. Just because there are other terrible companies doesn't let Asus off the hook
Please also review the new Zephyrus G16 they released at computex?
I would really like the 16 inch one, because my eyes hurt when I have a small screen when I'm editing files to be sent in. As a college student I would benefit from the wide screen and can help me with multiple tasks at the same task. It would also be good for media consumption.
I wonder if you can actually attach the keyboard to the tablet so that it doesn't sit flat on the table... I didn't know about this lineup of products, especially the tablet which seems like an evolution of the old "Transformer" lineup
I've been using a samsung tablet as my travel device and miss the full desktop capabilities. I don't want a traditional laptop with the heft and I like everything about the tablet except that it lacks a full OS. So the PZ13 is really compelling. I'd preorder one now except they aren't available for preorder :(
Yes! Ever since the release of the X13 and Z13, I have been waiting for the grown-up versions of those. And here they are.
The only issue is now that they made the Zephyrus G14 waay too good and with its Pantone validated OLED screen, it can compete with these ProArt Devices.
The Proart desktop case and branded components are totally unnecessary but I can't help but love the looks of a pure Proart build!
The laptops aren't bad either.
Its like a thinkpad going stealth mode
I've had two experiences with Asus, a 15-inch monitor laptop that had a good CPU, good memory and ran games pretty well. Another was a pocket-sized tablet that ran a Windows desktop or Metro fine. The only issue was the laptop screen developing a burned-out LED area on one corner.
I prefer 16inch one if it can provide MacBook type speaker performance.
Can we get Lew Later back pretty pretty please?
Having all the Mac products I feel with my work I come to conclusion I need a good inbetween tablet and labtop windows based functionality I would definitely need the PRO art of ASUS which function as tablet as well as labtop. would you please write for me the name and if it has at least 1 tb storage.
I like the in between
Asus would be better if they had better customer service
Agreed. But, I have never had any issues - only heard others having issues. Their products are worldclass though, at least for me, I prefer them over Apple any day.
@@m123g Nah I wouldnt go that far, Apple has way better service with actual Apple stores for warranty. Apple also makes higher end better quality products, but that comes with a cost
Asus would be better if they didn't need customer service
@ssaini5028 I'm more of a Samsung guy. That's just me though.
@@m123g111😂❤q
I'm an archi student,I'd get the p16...gosh, would help so much with architecture school
Got the Zenbook Duo 2024 since March, it's insanely good
bleeding edge always comes with risks, but, the products do look interesting
great video, as always, thanks Steve
What was the game he showed as demo
Snapdragon processor laptops should be affordable side
Not as much as price as MacBook Air 😮.
Definitely, considering the performance in Snapdragon laptops these should be well under $200 or less.
Macbook air price but with 16gb ram and 512gb ssd? Im in
@@fozant7156 I hope you like BSOD, I wouldn’t take risk if it was my work laptop, but to play games only then probably. But at this point it’s wise to get PS5 or something because it will have much higher performance with savings in hand.
6:45 ..honestly, I would LOVE to see a 16” tablet or convertible (speaking as a designer who loves the Wacom cintiq)
there is, its called rog flow x16
@@mohammada421 thanks! I just took
Yikes, that keyboard flex on the convertible one.
compare with the XPS?
6y ago i bought poco F1 from one of your reviews and im still using it till this day,
im waiting for poco F6 review to get your blessing , if anyone should get the F6 or skip for another year 🤔🤔
and for which laptop middle one simple and light, i dont want a 4k screen on 15inch nor a tablet i just want a simple laptop ( ofc i might change my mind based on battery running time and performance without the charger cuz portability performance is what im mainly looking for lately )
I'm considering on getting a artpro p16 vs asus vivobook pro 15 oled, however the artpro p16 is 60hz, the vivobook is 120hz. I hope they can consider having the artpro p16 at 120hz for some gaming.
there is the g16, 1440p and 240Hz, perfect for gamers.
Man, i really miss when the prices were included in the review
This is not a review.. it's paid promotion.
the keyboard breath when you press it.
Can you do those new touch screen AirPod lookalikes
The big one is the best for me but I'm also tempted to get the tablet variant cos of its versatility & it's snapdragon chip...
qcom runing windows, how's the performamce .....
Design-wise, that 2-in-1 just seems like a Surface Pro but somehow worse in every way. The only selling point I can think of is that the pen and keyboard are already included in the box so it’s technically better value, but other than that it’s just a clumsier, less elegant solution.
What happen to the lew? Or later clips!? ??😭 does he have a podcast?
Can anyone tell me what the problem with Asus warranties? Don't they provide any warranty? I don't understand
They charge you as much as the device for a repair and sometimes it’s not even an issue that you sent it in for or “real” damage
They were recently exposed for allegedly scamming customers who requested warranty repairs. Just Google it or search for the story on TH-cam and you will find it. The evidence looks pretty bad too. I definitely won't be buying any asus products anytime soon.
I was watching some old videos today, like I knew we were going to get new one ...
Snapdragon is an interesting mobile option - but that big boy! Looks great
What happened to the podcast?
You can’t promote enough Chinese products for money on it.
the bigger display traditional laptop ProArt p16 the bigger display still suits me in 2024
Always last to the party aren’t you Lew
😂😂😂😂
bit of a gimped G series , No?
cool looking laptops though
Are any of these metal? Or all plastic?
Cool, but battery life? What's a laptop again?
Could someone recommend me laptop for everyday use ? Online/video/ light editing....budget 1k-1.2
I love the medium or in-between for its portability and convenience of usage
Thanks for posting this video
How many watt gpu sal
After seeing all of this I’m buying a MacBook Pro m3.
I’ve noticed , quite a lot of PC manufacturers are taking design inspiration from MacBooks.
Microsoft surface
Razar blade
Dell XPS
Now Asus
60hz display is a deal breaker for pro art 16 or any other laptop with the price point
Portability is in my opinion more important than full function
I may select the new Snapdragon tablet option.
Why do all windows oled screens have a green tint to them when turned off. Should be pitch black
It is the oled tech, your phone has it too, it is just less obvious because it is a smaller size.
@@stanislasflipo7214 it's cheap OLED tech. It's the screen when off on my 12 pro max and 15 pro max are much closer to true black and my lg c2 has a very dark screen with a slight purple tint to it at an angle. The windows laptops I've tried all have noticeably green screens and it's not a good look
Wish I had one in my country
i hope your country becomes the richest country in the history of mankind.
Where do you live. I’m from Taiwan, so I guess that we will have everything since Asus is a Taiwanese company.
They will charge you 1000$ to repair an unrelated ding when the touchpad stops working though. So yeah, at least they are beautiful
Please don't let this channel die. Have been watching this channel since more than a decade.
find something else. it's already dead lol
@@WiseWik tragic.
They looks like awesome, except for lacking anti-glare screen.
Can the 13" inch do video editing?
Yes the specs are very good, but the problem is the screen is only 60hz
Would it cost like a Boeing wing?
SponsorBlock blocked like 80% of the video lmao
These might be some of their final products
I think the big one would suits me very well. My eyes are not so good.
Looks like there was a lot of travel on the keyboards. 😐 Other than that they look pretty great.
Traditional. The screen size and resolution.
Computer Science graduate, I need this... Please!
It’s unfortunate the screens are only 60hz.
Review Huawei Pura 70
I am remembering my Asus Transformer T100
Love the vid. Begging for lew later tho
Great review
Pricre Rs:?
Considering a laptop now actually..
But was looking at the legion slim 7i from last year.. I am sure those are cheaper now.
And maybe get a Lenovo yoga 7x with the snapdragon x elite chips for moving around with.
These two on a good deal shouldn't go past $2k... Which is a lot of money honestly that I don't have.. Hehehe.. But when I do have and get it.. That would be a steal for two devices.
I like the second one the tent mode one my poor old iPad is doing strange things my TH-cam videos are flipping to other videos or when I do my live video it not pausing the video, but it’s it wants to.Have a look you will see Art by me ,I did a factory reset I have done a TH-cam reset and it’s still doing it very annoying.
Light phone 3 video released, plz talk about it on a video if you’re able
LG 27" Class - StanbyME Go - Full HD Touch Screen LED LCD TV Please for love of GOD review this when i seen it. It blew my mind instantly
Asus has been so customer service oriented I can just see people jumping to buy them. NOT!!!!!!!!!
Well i got the Zenbook duo 2024 already lol
Screw the Pen2.0. My pen15 comes with a helmet
The tablet one is the way to go, just because it looks cool
That backpack. ❤
Fun fact: if you use a sponsorblock over half the video will be skipped
Waiting for the xelite and xplus
this are x elite series...
The Convertible is the most Ideal foe me
You can't spell Scammers without ASUS
cmmer
you're right
Have you dealt with Dell's RMA before
Asus is nowhere near Dell , which is way worse than Asus
they look like razer laptops but a bit more classy
I would love the QUalcomm one....I am a disabled Navy Vet with no income so sadly I can't afford a decent PC!
Unbox therapy please unbox and make a video on phone coolers ex oppo 45w phone coolers and Vivo
Why only 60hz? It can be broken.
On Zenbook s16 it gets 120hz.
I'm a studying graphic designer, the sort of person these machines are aimed at.
The tablet isn't really doing it for me, I think the Surface Pro is a nicer package with the kickstand integrated into the device itself, and the type cover's ability to stick to the bottom bezel and give you that nice angle to type on as well as hide the surface pen.
The little laptop is a really intriguing package and I would like to see a version of that with the Snapdragon internals for better thermal and battery performance, that would be the peak design student laptop here if Asus have that option.
The big laptop, though, it is borderline perfect. The MacBook Pro is the standard in the design industry so a 2-in-1 form factor is merely a nice to have for those that like to illustrate by hand, so the fact that this doesn't flip all the way around doesn't bother me (in fact, I currently use a Dell XPS 13, so I already know I don't need a 2-in-1) The wheel from previous pro-art devices I really liked, and the integration that both of the laptops have is really nice, but with the larger trackpad on the big one it looks more comfy there. If the big one has sufficient cooling it's the sort of laptop where I could imagine coming home from uni/work, plugging it into a thunderbolt setup and gaming on quite happily.
I had a Surface, it gave me problems. My XPS is far from perfect- though a lovely machine. I was considering my next laptop to be a MacBook Pro until I saw these.
Pls unbox new nothing buds
Definetley P16
60hz display... No thanks
Channel update?
for your kind information you can use any surface pen on this ASUS laptops ...... advantage!!!!!.... I am using my surface pens to write and annotate in my asus zenbook 14 duo 2024----- give it a try
