Had this pedal for about 2 years.....No idea it had a LOOPER! and sooo many other features. I was happy and very satisfied using about 5% of the functionality....now I have soooo many more options and features to play around with. Feels like Christmas morning! Aweome videos/demos of this pedal. Thank you!

Perfect explanation! I use the BOSS RC2 and then moved to the BOSS RC5. Now I am looking at this for my looping and TH-cam needs :)
The GT1 is awesome, but bear in mind that the looper has no undo function, so you can't delete only the last layer (overdub). If you wanna delete something, you have to start over. The looper also takes over your Ctl1 which sucks, so if you wanna record a rhythm part with a clean guitar then solo with a lead distortion over it, you must change patches...

I dont understand why they dont have someone explaining this at same time in these videos? It would sure help with higher level concept understanding. When you pack so much functionality into the same dials and switches it gets a little confusing.
How did you get the expression-pedal to control the FX2? I tried to figure that out but it won't work! how?

Olá, comprei essa semana na loja a pedaleira boss gt1, porém quando ligo o loop e começo a gravar e termino de gravar, ele toca a música mas da uma pausa de uns 2 segundos e volta o loop, como corrijo isso? Já atualizei para a v.1.0.6 e mesmo assim continua atualizei para a v.1.0.7 e continua dando pausa no loop. Me ajudem, por favor.
Can i use gt 1 as audio interface with guitar rig 5? I mean can i replace focusrite audio interface with gt1?

Great pedal but I would like to see the ability to add more sections in sequence to the looper. Not just layers on top. Verse then chorus ect..

Loop playing seems easy and fun but it does not to admit any mistake on timing tho... youll get use to it 😁 have a nice one👋

@@denizmuratgorus3740 For me it was my timing. Try playing your progression and when you get back to the first chord step on the looper. If it doesn't work/sound right, you are hitting the looper switch too soon or too late. good luck!
Use a metronome at first... then you'll "feel" better the tempo

When I don't like overdubbed part over rhythm or phrase why can't I delete that overdubbed part only and correct it ? I need to clear the whole loop.. Can I change anything from settings?

I have the RC3 Loop Station, and I actually prefer the simplicity of this one more. It's great for trying chord changes, and solo experimentation.

For the love of looping; where in the world is the metronome?
in this video clearing the loop is silent but on my GT-1 clearing the loop plays a bit of the recorded loop before it clears. Is there a way to make it silent like in this video? Thank you in advance for your answer.

Can you assign a extra pedal to control the loop, instead of CTL1 even just copy the funcion of CTL1. I want to be able to keep this on my desk

You recorded the 1st section then you tap the looop for recording 2nd... u messed up? Dont tap it to add but hold it to clear... you must aware what u have played before listening ^^

There doesn't appear to be any metronome or simple drums like on the Zoom G3.
Yes... its a strange market. Best sound is vox, imo. But the zoom's looper is a big idea. Im searching for a zoom G3X (with wah wah) with vox tonelab sound quality, and simply cant find it

32s. Zoom is 40s (G3x model) and there's drums synchronized with the looper function, wich is great

It's a bummer you have to give up use of the CTL1 switch for patch fx while using the looper. Why not make it so if there's a loop playing you can exit the looper (^ + CTL), while it plays on?
And allow use of the CTL for patch fx? Then, when you need to, '^ + CTL' again to go in to Stop, Dub, or Clear.

Super unfortunate that it's impossible to sync with anything. If you try to use this with any external drum machines or audio sources and managed to time it to near millisecond accuracy, after 10 loops, it'll drift out of sync and impossible to get back to sync anymore.
