I tried this for brunch and it didn't take as long as I thought it would. It also turned out yummy and super fluffy! I loved it! Will definitely make it again with a few tweaks to flavouring. Great recipe! Thank you!
Honestly I would never make this for my breakfast cuz I literally have no time in the morning, but for a lunch it wouldn't be bad I guess :)

Very cool.... Although I would do some things to the technique.... I would make the potato Mash more smooth by passing it through a siv, and use hot/warm milk first before adding the cheese... Looks interesting never the less
