    We've talked a lot about weight loss supplements in our network, but we often miss what I think is a key point: supplements are really only part of any successful weight loss program. The real key to success is learning how to eat properly-and maybe even take regular exercise (c'mon, you knew that was coming!) So, before you try any weight loss supplement you should be thinking long and hard about what it is that got you into your current state of being overweight or obese in the first place! And then once you've figured out where things went wrong, you need to have a solid plan in place to fix them. Otherwise, all those pills and shakes will be just another waste of money on diet products that don't work-in other words, pointless.

    • @ritualvitamins
      @ritualvitamins 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The clear bottle’s a representation of the value we place on transparency and, if stored as directed, should not compromise any of the ingredients. Oxidation shouldn't happen with these, so long as the vitamins are stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight :)

But organic maca and vitex (chaste berry tree) are known to be used by women for centuries to enhance fertility and regulate the cycle by making it 28 days. Do get a 2nd opinion on your cycle though.

    Wat about if we are vegetarian

    • @YassmineWantsPeace
      @YassmineWantsPeace 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Our body synthesize collagen itself. We just need Vitamin C for that. So a high fruit diet ist perfect. Eat a lot of fruit and vitamin C rich food like paprika and your skin will glow. No need for a juice of cooked bones of dead animals. Omega 3 (EPA+DHA) are found in Alge. You can get Omega 3 Alge oil. No need for fish oil. The fish even get their Omega 3 from alge. So alge is the no. 1 source in nature anyway. Fish is also contaminated with heavy metals, pesticides and cholesterol. All essential amino acids (protein), minerals and vitamins are easy to get from a whole food plant based diet. Eat fresh sauerkraut or kimchi for probiotics or coconut Yogurt. Even Soy yoghurt is very healthy. But you don't even have to consume probiotic foods. It's enough if you eat PREbiotic food. Our body turn the pre's into pro's. You just have to eat fresh vegetables for that, that's it 😊 I hope I could help 💚

    • @YassmineWantsPeace
      @YassmineWantsPeace 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      And if you're a vegetarian or a vegan you don't even have to supplement folate, like most people on a animal protein based diet should. Very interesting :) You can check out these 2 videos, if you want ☺ m.th-cam.com/video/gpJ0PruIwCM/w-d-xo.html and
