So for anyone who´s interested: I personally struggled (1st world problems I know) to decide which one of them I should get. For me it´s a lot of money and I want to use my headset, especially in this price category, for a long time. After a long time of research and wacthing reviews I decided to buy the VIRTUOSO SE. I´ve used it now for about a month and I´ve gotta say it´s very well built, has a great sound, a good battery life and looks amazing. However, and that is why this review in particular reflects my opinion very well, the headset lacks comfort. If you are like me and your ears tend to hurt easily (mine hurt whenever I go skiing and wear a helmet for whatever reason and even while wearing bicycle helmets) this is unfortunately not the headset for you. As I said, I want to use it for a long time, also meaning I want/have to wear it many hours on a single day. This is not possible because my ears start to hurt after a few hours. My sister bought the G PRO X (not wireless, but they are the same structure) a short time ago and I have to admit, that the G PRO X suits me better. My ears don´t touch the drivers and it´s lighter which makes it even more comfortable. Conclusion: I will most likely switch to the G PRO X wireless because it´s simply more comfortable and it probably let´s me use it for long periods of time. I personally am more of a VIRTUOSO fan but both headset are great headsets so it will be alright. I will probably make an update in the future reporting on wether switching was the better alternative for me if anyone is interested.
@@THENuclearNuke So I used both headsets for a few months and I personally can not wear the VIRTUOSO as long as I want to like I already mentioned. I bought the G Pro X wireless instead and it suits me very well. However, there are some downsides compared with the VIRTUOSO. 1st: the sound is perfectly fine with both of them but the VIRTUOSO has a slightly better sound in my opinion. But you don’t really notice it. 2nd: the microphone is not as good as the VIRTUOSO‘s. And 3rd: for some reason the Logitech Software only enables sidetone (again, it’s important to me personally) if some programm is trying to use the microphone in some way. For example: you will only have sidetone in programms like Discord, Teamspeak, Skype and so on and even in the settings of Windows itself. But once you close all these programms, there will be no sidetone. However there’s a little trick which you can do if you want to have sidetone all the time but you will have to go to the audio mixer every time you start your computer. BUT there are some upsides too. 1st: the battery lifetime is better even compared with the VIRTUOSO when the RGBs are off (at least that’s what I have observed). I can use the G pro X wireless almost 2 days straight without recharging them. 2nd (and my dealbreaker): the comfort is simply better (for me, again). A friend of mine thinks the same though. Plus: the G Pro X comes with the velours ear pieces which are super comfortable and thus boost the comfort level even more. So all in all you sadly have to compromise wether you choose the VIRTUOSO or the G Pro X wireless. However, the VIRTUOSO can be nearly perfect if you don’t have trouble with the shape of the ear pieces of the headset.

Because I was using void pro wireless and it got very old (so I decided to sell it and pay more for elite wireless cuz I'm in love with design), it was a huge mistake. It had a terrible hiss/white sound on background when nothing was being played. After returned them and got arctis 7 and 9, which were called "the best" for the price but no. Their lack of bass and sound has driven me crazy. So would you prefer g pro x wireless? does it have white/hiss noise or anything negative that you'll inform me about? thanks.
@@umutserdardemir1702 Hey 👋🏼 The G Pro X is the better alternative for me personally, yeah. The white noise depends on the level of sidetone, that you enabled. It is audible when your sidetone is on. If you turn it off however, there will be none. But I think the white noise is inherent to sidetone, so you won’t find any headset that has no white noise when it’s on. I like the sound of the G Pro X and I think you can tune it quite well with the advanced equalizer. I have surround sound enabled though. It affects quality and bass, just wanted to add that :)
I love the aesthetics of the Virtuoso and how confortable they feel. However if you're like me they are too small and cause a significant amount of stress at the top of the head. They don't slide down as much as other headsets and the added weight only makes things worse. My wife loves them and I wanted to like them but that was a deal breaker for me. Great video 👍
As someone who has gone through the Astro A50 Gen 3, Corsair Virtuoso RGB SE, at least 4 Bose earphones and some other random ones over the years I really appreciate how you cover the ergonomics of these sets.. You've been pretty much spot on with my views on headsets so it helps when I do commit to replacing my current set. If it weren't for the poor connection and base station of the Astro A50's I would still be using them, but it wasn't meant to be :/
I've tried the Corsair Virtuoso SE before I got my hands on the Logitech G Pro X wireless and while I did like the swivel and the various connectivity options on the Virtuoso, it was terribly uncomfortable. My ears would rub against the drivers and be pushed in and the headband put a lot of pressure on my head. The G Pro X, however, is EXTREMELY comfortable even though you don't have the swivel on the ear cups. I also believe it does have slightly better sound and mic. Really the only downer with the G Pro X is the limited connectivity options when compared to the Virtuoso. Other than that, the G Pro X is superior in every other way in my opinion.
I wish that I could combine the features and sound of the Corsair with the Logitech headset's look because it just looks so robust and comfortable but I'm going to have to go with Corsair again after my last pair of one and a half years broke. Thanks for the review!
I've had my Virtuosos for a few months, but today i will be returning them because i keep getting crackling sounds with loud explosions and getting the pro x wireless

I thought maybe i had a faulty pair but both of them just ended up doing the same thing. i tried every solution they had online to no avail. it shouldn't be this difficult to get something working properly. Are you happy with it? I have the GSP670 and the G933. The GSP670 are horrible from the comfort and the G933 loose connection from time to time so I want to switch. I need comfort, a mic that doesn't annoy my friends and long battery life
@@LosHoleshottos see u had the logitech gpro x wired, and what ppl claim abt the mic being bad is not true, the only thing is that they don't know how to use the software themselves and even if u don't know, there r many presets to choose from which best suites u. Second comfort wise logitech is the best headset ever cuz it's so soft on the ear and not at all heavy on the head compared to the corsair. The only downside of the wireless version of logitech is that, the connection methods r limited

I don't understand why people keep saying in the reviews that you can't use the Logitech pro X wireless with your phone. I tried it in my android and it works you just need a USB-C to USB-A adapter and connect the dongle, and it works just great, if you are willing to connect it with a cable I don't see a reason why you wouldn't want to connect the dongle with an adapter
I decided to try the Logitech since I have G Hub installed already for keyboard/mouse/webcam, so didn't want iCue on top of that, plus was coming from a G933. The G933 was fine, but I wanted a bit more upgrade for the drivers and longer batter life because the G933 isn't holding up to work from home plus gaming at night. The G Pro X Wireless actaully hurt my head. I don't think it's the clamping force, as much as it is the shape of my head and lack of hinge pushing on my head and creating pressure points. Will be returning these and trying the Virtuoso.
I was surprised with the review on the g pro comfort. I’m not a big dude but they are the most uncomfortable headset I’ve ever used. The clamping is so tight I can use them in some light carpentry work. I can’t wear them more than 15 minutes without getting a splitting headache. What makes it worse is they sound amazing so I want to use them... just physically can’t.
I have suggestion that might work to get the Logitech headset connected with your phone. I don't have the headset to test it but it worked for the Corsair virtuoso to connect it wireless to the phone. Use a usb c to usb a female adapter and plug the dongle in there. It's not pretty but it works with Corsair and it might also work that way with the Logitech. If you get a change to try it and it works please give a feedback. Cheers.
G Pro X anyday, it is more comfortable, looks better, easier to clean, only thing Virtuoso has going for it is the really good cord designs and wireless USB design, the microphone is really good, and that's it, the rest is awful, so assuming Corsair makes a new headset soon, the G Pro X will be blown out of the park, recently their new stuff is all suggested, the MM700 mousepad, highly requested, K100, highly requested features.

I've had the same issue of it being uncomfortable, my tip of my ears touching the drivers, being too hot after hours of gaming, clamping force abit too tight. ALL of those will go away with the purchase of JUST THICKER EARCUPS!!! I've had my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro which is super comfy and i can say i've turned my Virtuoso into the same level of comfort!!! And the sound quality is night and day favouring the Virtuoso!!!

I just bought the g pro x wireless, and it’s only use is as a torture instrument, the headset has terrible static noise even when not paired with the dongle.
I hate my Virtuoso’s. Aesthetically and on paper they were exactly what I was looking for. Corsair should fire all the developers working on the software, though.
The Provoked Prawn My old $100 Razer Kraken’s were more comfortable and had less software issues than my SE’s, even despite Synapse. Have you experienced the issue with constant Dolby Atmos errors being thrown in Event Viewer? Or perhaps the Virtuoso(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1) inside iCUE? Speaking of iCUE, it’s probably the worst performing application of its kind I have ever seen.

i’ve heard that the Corsair Virtuoso(non se is the one i’m getting)isn’t very comfortable. I wear my headphones for a max of 4 hours and even then i rarely go to 4 hours. Do you think i will still be affected by it?

This time I bought it directly from Logitech and nope still broke. Corsair just lack on bass and I see how it can be uncomfortable for a lot of people. I have small ears and average size adult male head. It felt nice on my head but just be caution. At the moment I have the razer blackshark v2 and I still use my hyperx alpha more than my blackshark, just nothing wrong, it’s just it has a spot in my heart lol.

I have the Virtuoso and the Cloud Orbit S. I kind of like both of them, but the Hyper X are much better soundwise. If the Penrose are going to inherit the sound of the Mobius (Orbit S) in a wireless headset I would buy them without hesitation.
So I’ve listened to reviews on the Corsair and it seems that the se version has a worse mic than the non se version. I’ve heard that this was a software glitch and that it’s been patched. If anyone knows could you help please

I don't know if I got a defective pair but my Virtuoso SE produces next to no bass. Even after using the EQ to boost the bass it still sounds off and when you do that it actually muddies the overall sound. The sound is crystal clear it just has no punch. It's like when plugging in a Bluetooth receiver to some wired headphones that don't provide enough power to actually drive them properly. Like the power doesn't match or pass the impedance of the drivers....
@@Miguel-th3wx If it's supposed to sound that flat I think it was a terrible choice, especially for a gaming headset. For me, the bass boost feels very artificial as it makes everything bassier/muddy rather than producing the low-end bass where it's supposed to be. And I'm not some bass head either. I have played games with actual studio headphones like the Sennheiser 6xx and AKG 702 and they actually produce good bass while being relatively flat. Currently, I'm using the Philips Fidelio X2HR and they sound miles better than the Virtuoso and cost like £80 less. From that bought a FiiO BTR3k which lets me turn these into amazing wireless headphones.
@@DocRealTalk AFAIK, a reviewer said that Corsair Team said they ship them in a Flat EQ for FPS games. Its listed in the forums too, a terrible choice definitely. My Hyper X Cloud 2 sounded better as my virtuoso when they came I know exactly what you mean about the way Bass boost makes the bass feel. It feels completely over the top artificial, like a added mask that makes every sound seem like bass even though its not supposed to be a low bass tone Is the comfort good on the Phillips? So far I have seen it being recommended very often. And I'm thinking about giving my virtuoso back just because of the terrible comfort they have
@@Miguel-th3wx Fidelios has good comfort for me but your head size can make it more or less comfortable I guess. I have worn them for like 4-5 hours with no issues. But something that really needs a mention is that the Fidelios have fabric earpads which come with benefits and drawbacks. But in this case, they are miles better than the Virtuoso's cheap earpads. I don't know if it was just mine but the earpads were not very thick and one of them looked like it's not even filled fully. The leather was had folds. Not only this but this "leather" is just a cheap leatherette spray that starts to peel off, especially if you live in a warm or humid climate. It would have been better if they just used some good faux leather. At least the earpads can be replaced....unlike the headband which also uses this cheap leather. It started peeling off within a few months and now I don't even know if I will be able to sell mine. I would advise you to sell the virtuoso as soon as you can and do what I did. If you want wireless you can get something like Fiio bluetooth receiver I mentioned which is tiny. You can even get a 3.5mm to 3.5mm adapter and have it plugged directly into the headphones. It even supports aptX HD which provides 48kHz/24bit sound or aptX LL which has like a 30ms delay so basically unnoticeable even in games.

But i still dont know which headset to get, where im from the logitech g pro x wireless is $300 instead of the usual 200. I am trying to find a $200 (or less) wireless headset with good comfort good audio and good microphone but i cant seem to find one. Do you have any suggestions? I dont really care about sound cancelation as sometimes gives me headaches because of the pressure build up.
@@aby9x yeah it’s beautiful but only complaint is that it hurts a little too much after about 4+ hours other than that super freaking comfy and the sound is sooo good only complaint is that sometimes i don’t hear footsteps and stuff in Raindbow Six Siege but i think that’s just the game being dumb and listening to music is super fun with it

Can you comment based on first impressions on the bass and loudness of the g pro x wireless? I tried the wired ones at best buy and compared to the corsair, and I was disgusted at the lack of bass. Basically with the demo sound they had playing, the corsair sounded so much more immersive, it boomed in my ear and felt pretty powerful whereas the logitech was just weak. I returned them without even trying them when they arrived a couple of days later. I'm trying to figure out if thats how the headsets sound or if that's how they had them configured.
I think they have a good range tbh. Certainly wouldn't say they lack bass. It is worth bearing in mind if the Virtuosos were plugged in they'd be running hi Res and would sound better but I certainly wouldn't say the g pro X lacks bass.
The Logitech is 100 vs 200+ for the Virtuoso where I live, is the price difference worth it for the corsairs or should I stick to the logitechs? Also looked into arctis 9 wireless
IMO the Logitech G Pro X wireless is better but only if you play on PC. The mic on the Virtuoso is superior and it has hi res audio. But Logitech is much more comfortable.

Good video - but did you actually just compare two gaming headsets without comparing their microphones against each other? That is quite disappointing. It would have been great if you had recorded the same sentences on both and included what they sound like in the video.
I usually don't have both headsets at the same time, so that's tough. Which is why I refer you to the review/unboxing videos. You'll see the Virtuoso is far superior mic wise.

For the life of me, I cannot decide which one of these to get. I really don't want another Corsair headset where I have to deal with iCUE but hot diggidy does that mic sound good. Random people of youtube and possible the Prawn himself, WHAT DO I DO?!
Are you gaming on PC? If so, get the G Pro X or Wireless as it's Uber comfy, great sounding and had a decent mic. There's no denying the Virtuoso has a good mic and the 96KHz audio is great but it's nowhere near as comfy.
I have watched so many reviews. However, I need one with the best positional audio. Currently the corsair is on sale for 180 while the logitech is 200. Something has me leaning more towards the logitech headphones. Can anyone who used both of these help me out? I need them for mostly siege (on pc).
If you're on PC there's a lot to be said for hi res audio. I used to play RS6 a fair bit and it makes loads of difference to the soundscape and how you hear footsteps. However you should be warned they're not as comfortable as the G Pro X.
Anybody know of any nice, deep and decent ear cup replacements for the Pro X? My ears are being crushed wearing them, the supplied earpads are pathetically flat. The drivers are hurting the tops of my ears as a result.

They are cheap and honestly, great quality. I see that you mentioned you already find the stock cups comfortable, however I still encourage you to upgrade to these if you are still using the Logitech Pro X, or, at least, if people ask, they now have the information. Maybe these are sold somewhere closer to the home (UK), however, I have not been able to find them....I have found people CLAIMING to sell them but customer reviews quickly tell you that they do not fit...the ones I have linked above do indeed fit (Proof = I am using them). It's a bit of a hassle to wrangle these onto the headphones, but, they fit! and they are way, way comfier than the shitty, soggy & flaccid excuse of an ear cup that Logitech supply with the unit. :)
Ive heard theres interferance between wireless mouse and wireless headssets, but not in the case of the G pro. can anyone confirm or deny this that have a wireless mouse and also a wireless headset?
@@zacdavis7 honestly I don't think there's much in it. The A50 is my daily driver and has been for ages. I have a lot of good things to say about them. Though the sound on the G Pro X is great too.
The Provoked Prawn So the G proX isn’t really better for footsteps and the higher end sounds. I play manly COD, warzone so this is my main focus. I have the hyper x orbits but I want wireless now I can’t handle all these wires.

I ended up settling with the Arctis 7, as I had an issue with the G Pro X Wireless that might've not even been an actual issue, since it's also happening on my Arctis 7. My issue was that the mute button seem to have worked in reverse, but I might've been wrong. I'm still happy I can monitor audio on my Wave:3.
i have the corsair virtuoso , when i play music through them its like someone is turning the volume up and down is there a fix for this? its not a constant volume but play through my old logitech speakers and sounds fine
Hey, I just bought the virtuoso as well, but the newer xt version, and when I feel like I have the same issue where when the bass is playing, instead of increasing the bass, it tones down everything else. Did you ever find a fix to the audio fluctuations on your end?

@@umutserdardemir1702 Hey 👋🏼 The G Pro X is the better alternative for me personally, yeah. The white noise depends on the level of sidetone, that you enabled. It is audible when your sidetone is on. If you turn it off however, there will be none. But I think the white noise is inherent to sidetone, so you won’t find any headset that has no white noise when it’s on. I like the sound of the G Pro X and I think you can tune it quite well with the advanced equalizer. I have surround sound enabled though. It affects quality and bass, just wanted to add that :)
I love the aesthetics of the Virtuoso and how confortable they feel. However if you're like me they are too small and cause a significant amount of stress at the top of the head. They don't slide down as much as other headsets and the added weight only makes things worse. My wife loves them and I wanted to like them but that was a deal breaker for me. Great video 👍

As someone who has gone through the Astro A50 Gen 3, Corsair Virtuoso RGB SE, at least 4 Bose earphones and some other random ones over the years I really appreciate how you cover the ergonomics of these sets.. You've been pretty much spot on with my views on headsets so it helps when I do commit to replacing my current set. If it weren't for the poor connection and base station of the Astro A50's I would still be using them, but it wasn't meant to be :/

I've tried the Corsair Virtuoso SE before I got my hands on the Logitech G Pro X wireless and while I did like the swivel and the various connectivity options on the Virtuoso, it was terribly uncomfortable. My ears would rub against the drivers and be pushed in and the headband put a lot of pressure on my head. The G Pro X, however, is EXTREMELY comfortable even though you don't have the swivel on the ear cups. I also believe it does have slightly better sound and mic. Really the only downer with the G Pro X is the limited connectivity options when compared to the Virtuoso. Other than that, the G Pro X is superior in every other way in my opinion.

I thought maybe i had a faulty pair but both of them just ended up doing the same thing. i tried every solution they had online to no avail. it shouldn't be this difficult to get something working properly. Second comfort wise logitech is the best headset ever cuz it's so soft on the ear and not at all heavy on the head compared to the corsair. The only downside of the wireless version of logitech is that, the connection methods r limited

I don't understand why people keep saying in the reviews that you can't use the Logitech pro X wireless with your phone. I tried it in my android and it works you just need a USB-C to USB-A adapter and connect the dongle, and it works just great, if you are willing to connect it with a cable I don't see a reason why you wouldn't want to connect the dongle with an adapter
I decided to try the Logitech since I have G Hub installed already for keyboard/mouse/webcam, so didn't want iCue on top of that, plus was coming from a G933. The G933 was fine, but I wanted a bit more upgrade for the drivers and longer batter life because the G933 isn't holding up to work from home plus gaming at night. The G Pro X Wireless actaully hurt my head. I don't think it's the clamping force, as much as it is the shape of my head and lack of hinge pushing on my head and creating pressure points. Will be returning these and trying the Virtuoso.

I was surprised with the review on the g pro comfort. I’m not a big dude but they are the most uncomfortable headset I’ve ever used. The clamping is so tight I can use them in some light carpentry work. I can’t wear them more than 15 minutes without getting a splitting headache. What makes it worse is they sound amazing so I want to use them... just physically can’t.

I have suggestion that might work to get the Logitech headset connected with your phone. I don't have the headset to test it but it worked for the Corsair virtuoso to connect it wireless to the phone. Use a usb c to usb a female adapter and plug the dongle in there. It's not pretty but it works with Corsair and it might also work that way with the Logitech. If you get a change to try it and it works please give a feedback. Cheers.

G Pro X anyday, it is more comfortable, looks better, easier to clean, only thing Virtuoso has going for it is the really good cord designs and wireless USB design, the microphone is really good, and that's it, the rest is awful, so assuming Corsair makes a new headset soon, the G Pro X will be blown out of the park, recently their new stuff is all suggested, the MM700 mousepad, highly requested, K100, highly requested features.

I've had the same issue of it being uncomfortable, my tip of my ears touching the drivers, being too hot after hours of gaming, clamping force abit too tight. ALL of those will go away with the purchase of JUST THICKER EARCUPS!!! I've had my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro which is super comfy and i can say i've turned my Virtuoso into the same level of comfort!!! And the sound quality is night and day favouring the Virtuoso!!!

If you need better mic quality, get the regular Corsair Vurtuoso’s, not the SE version.

I just bought the g pro x wireless, and it’s only use is as a torture instrument, the headset has terrible static noise even when not paired with the dongle.

Have you experienced the issue with constant Dolby Atmos errors being thrown in Event Viewer? Or perhaps the Virtuoso(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1)(1) inside iCUE? Speaking of iCUE, it’s probably the worst performing application of its kind I have ever seen.

i’ve heard that the Corsair Virtuoso(non se is the one i’m getting)isn’t very comfortable. I wear my headphones for a max of 4 hours and even then i rarely go to 4 hours. Do you think i will still be affected by it?
I found them uncomfortable but other people I know said they're fine. It's very hit and miss and depends on the size and shape of your ears.

I have small ears and average size adult male head. It felt nice on my head but just be caution. At the moment I have the razer blackshark v2 and I still use my hyperx alpha more than my blackshark, just nothing wrong, it’s just it has a spot in my heart lol.

I have the Virtuoso and the Cloud Orbit S. I kind of like both of them, but the Hyper X are much better soundwise. If the Penrose are going to inherit the sound of the Mobius (Orbit S) in a wireless headset I would buy them without hesitation.

which would you recommend for sound quality and comfort? I heard the virtuoso becomes rather uncomfortable for long sessions otherwise it seemed like a dream of a headset. I don't care about the mic at all just looking for great sound quality, good directional sound, good durability, and doesn't become uncomfortable during long sessions
Virtuoso has better sound when wired but yes, it's uncomfortable. So I'd choose the G Pro X wireless personally

I don't know if I got a defective pair but my Virtuoso SE produces next to no bass. Even after using the EQ to boost the bass it still sounds off and when you do that it actually muddies the overall sound. The sound is crystal clear it just has no punch. It's like when plugging in a Bluetooth receiver to some wired headphones that don't provide enough power to actually drive them properly. Like the power doesn't match or pass the impedance of the drivers....
thats pretty much their Standart eq its quite flat. Bass boost EQ is far too strong IMO and just makes everything seem bass intense

If it's supposed to sound that flat I think it was a terrible choice, especially for a gaming headset. For me, the bass boost feels very artificial as it makes everything bassier/muddy rather than producing the low-end bass where it's supposed to be.
And I'm not some bass head either. I have played games with actual studio headphones like the Sennheiser 6xx and AKG 702 and they actually produce good bass while being relatively flat.
Currently, I'm using the Philips Fidelio X2HR and they sound miles better than the Virtuoso and cost like £80 less. From that bought a FiiO BTR3k which lets me turn these into amazing wireless headphones.

I know exactly what you mean about the way Bass boost makes the bass feel. It feels completely over the top artificial, like a added mask that makes every sound seem like bass even though its not supposed to be a low bass tone

Fidelios has good comfort for me but your head size can make it more or less comfortable I guess. I have worn them for like 4-5 hours with no issues. But something that really needs a mention is that the Fidelios have fabric earpads which come with benefits and drawbacks.
But in this case, they are miles better than the Virtuoso's cheap earpads. I don't know if it was just mine but the earpads were not very thick and one of them looked like it's not even filled fully. The leather was had folds.
Not only this but this "leather" is just a cheap leatherette spray that starts to peel off, especially if you live in a warm or humid climate. It would have been better if they just used some good faux leather.
At least the earpads can be replaced....unlike the headband which also uses this cheap leather. It started peeling off within a few months and now I don't even know if I will be able to sell mine.
I would advise you to sell the virtuoso as soon as you can and do what I did. If you want wireless you can get something like Fiio bluetooth receiver I mentioned which is tiny. You can even get a 3.5mm to 3.5mm adapter and have it plugged directly into the headphones. It even supports aptX HD which provides 48kHz/24bit sound or aptX LL which has like a 30ms delay so basically unnoticeable even in games.

Luckily I'm still in the 30 days return window so I don't even have to sell them just return them to amazon

Anybody has problems with G Pro X wireless White noise/Hissing?
Can you comment based on first impressions on the bass and loudness of the g pro x wireless? I tried the wired ones at best buy and compared to the corsair, and I was disgusted at the lack of bass. Basically with the demo sound they had playing, the corsair sounded so much more immersive, it boomed in my ear and felt pretty powerful whereas the logitech was just weak. I returned them without even trying them when they arrived a couple of days later. I'm trying to figure out if thats how the headsets sound or if that's how they had them configured.
I think they have a good range tbh. Certainly wouldn't say they lack bass. It is worth bearing in mind if the Virtuosos were plugged in they'd be running hi Res and would sound better but I certainly wouldn't say the g pro X lacks bass.

IMO the Logitech G Pro X wireless is better but only if you play on PC. The mic on the Virtuoso is superior and it has hi res audio. But Logitech is much more comfortable.

Good video - but did you actually just compare two gaming headsets without comparing their microphones against each other? That is quite disappointing. It would have been great if you had recorded the same sentences on both and included what they sound like in the video.
I usually don't have both headsets at the same time, so that's tough. Which is why I refer you to the review/unboxing videos. You'll see the Virtuoso is far superior mic wise.

Are you gaming on PC? If so, get the G Pro X or Wireless as it's Uber comfy, great sounding and had a decent mic. There's no denying the Virtuoso has a good mic and the 96KHz audio is great but it's nowhere near as comfy.

I have watched so many reviews. However, I need one with the best positional audio. Currently the corsair is on sale for 180 while the logitech is 200. Something has me leaning more towards the logitech headphones. Can anyone who used both of these help me out? I need them for mostly siege (on pc).
If you're on PC there's a lot to be said for hi res audio. I used to play RS6 a fair bit and it makes loads of difference to the soundscape and how you hear footsteps. However you should be warned they're not as comfortable as the G Pro X.
Anybody know of any nice, deep and decent ear cup replacements for the Pro X? My ears are being crushed wearing them, the supplied earpads are pathetically flat. The drivers are hurting the tops of my ears as a result.

I see that you mentioned you already find the stock cups comfortable, however I still encourage you to upgrade to these if you are still using the Logitech Pro X, or, at least, if people ask, they now have the information.
Maybe these are sold somewhere closer to the home (UK), however, I have not been able to find them....I have found people CLAIMING to sell them but customer reviews quickly tell you that they do not fit...the ones I have linked above do indeed fit (Proof = I am using them). It's a bit of a hassle to wrangle these onto the headphones, but, they fit! and they are way, way comfier than the shitty, soggy & flaccid excuse of an ear cup that Logitech supply with the unit. :)
Ive heard theres interferance between wireless mouse and wireless headssets, but not in the case of the G pro. can anyone confirm or deny this that have a wireless mouse and also a wireless headset?

@@zacdavis7 honestly I don't think there's much in it. The A50 is my daily driver and has been for ages. I have a lot of good things to say about them. Though the sound on the G Pro X is great too.
The Provoked Prawn So the G proX isn’t really better for footsteps and the higher end sounds. I play manly COD, warzone so this is my main focus. I have the hyper x orbits but I want wireless now I can’t handle all these wires.
@@zacdavis7 oh no, don't get me wrong. It is good. Great sound and positional audio, I just prefer the convenience of the A50s charging dock and other things. But the G Pro X wireless is still great.

I ended up settling with the Arctis 7, as I had an issue with the G Pro X Wireless that might've not even been an actual issue, since it's also happening on my Arctis 7. My issue was that the mute button seem to have worked in reverse, but I might've been wrong. I'm still happy I can monitor audio on my Wave:3.

i have the corsair virtuoso , when i play music through them its like someone is turning the volume up and down is there a fix for this? its not a constant volume but play through my old logitech speakers and sounds fine
Hey, I just bought the virtuoso as well, but the newer xt version, and when I feel like I have the same issue where when the bass is playing, instead of increasing the bass, it tones down everything else. Did you ever find a fix to the audio fluctuations on your end?
