Corsair Virtuoso
This is almost certainly the best gaming headset Corsair has crafted to date. For several different reasons.
1 - It comes with Corsair Slipstream wireless technology, as well as other connection options including USB-C and 3.5mm.

i now have both of these headsets , both are so good , for me personally the g pro x are more comfortable and better mic (blue voice) but the virtuoso's build quality and hi res audio is better.
in my opinion the virutoso SE has far superior sound than the logitech lmfao

I ended up returning the Virtuoso after a few weeks of use. The ear cups are too small and overheat my ears. It's a shame because I absolutely loved the design, material & build quality. If only the ear cups were an oval shape instead.

I really liked your video and I am ready to pull the trigger with the Corsair Virtuoso headset. But I have a question that I couldn't find online: can you do a short test and tell me if the microphone of the headset works while being connected to a phone with 3.5mm cable?

Which of the two would you say is a bit bass heavy? I was looking for a slightly bass heavy headset around this price range for gaming and music as well, but its becoming really difficult to find one. From what I've been reading it seems like most gaming headsets are on the flat side..
G pro x is the worst headset I’ve ever put on when it comes to music and clarity… games it’s good.
The USBC cable does work for console but it’s sound is so sub bar in contrast to connecting it to the controller. I’m guessing because consoles don’t have surround sound lol

I got the cosair Virtuosos. What's the best way to get the best sound on my ipad pro. I play pubg mobile
High! I am using the virtuosos now, and Ive got to say the wireless is really liberating. However, I am not sure how I feel on the comfort yet. The ears are actually fine for me, its the headband that seems to cause a few issues. I am happy with the build, sound quality, mic etc. My only small gripe is that comfort. I could live with these, but was wondering if you think its worth trading the virtuosos for the g pros x? I got the naris as well to try but wasnt impressed, so i dont want to be banned by amazon for returning too many things, but is the comfort a small difference, mild difference, or just blow out of the water difference? sorry for the wall of text
G Pro X is far more comfortable than the Virtuoso. Though you don't get 96Khz audio and the G Pro X isn't wireless. However, sound is still great, comfort is top notch, quality is good too. I really liked them. Given a choice I'd go Logitech, but then I found the Virtuoso squashed my ears something rotten :(

Which one of these has better (if any) Mac features/support? I am looking to possibly pick one of these up for my work (voip on iMac) communicating with clients and coworkers. I know most gaming headsets have less features on MacOS usually.
ALSO: If there is no mac software/support, is it possible to plug in and program all the settings on my PC and then bring them all over to my iMac with the soundcard/USB dongle?
After this review, I really don't know what to get. In terms of longevity, what do you think will last longer? I'm gonna be using this for console and pc. In my past experience, razer and hyper X only lasted me a year. So those 2 brands are off my list

You're probably making the right choice. The G Pro headset has less features but is more comfortable.
@@jadedlucidity502 even if that's accurate you can still notice a big difference with high resolution audio. It makes quite a difference in the various headsets I've tried and audiophiles will swear by it.
i noticed that you had very shaky hands while showing footage of the headsets. were you a bit nervous or do you just have shaky hands in general like i do?
I capture the footage while reaching around cameras and lights. It's awkward and tiring

Both are trash, i'm not an audiophile but I compared them to my Sennheisers hd598 and is a big difference, even wired the virtuoso sounds souless, like if everything was recorded in a beer can. It's a shame because mic is just top tier quality but I returned them.
So what's better virtuoso, gpro X or g935?
Virtuoso has the best sound on pc via high Res audio, it's also wireless, but the G Pro X is more comfortable. I wouldn't choose the G935 over the others.

Because I am incompetent and don't have both headsets at the time of recording. However, as I said in the video, if you watch the respective reviews I used the mics in them.
Is the new virtuoso se mic now better than the normal one?
It's been fixed via firmware update.
The Corsair Virtuoso is an okay and mediocre headset for what it is, but there are lots of problems with it however.
First of all, it's too overpriced for what it is.
Second of all, it's not comfortable for even medium sized ears since your ears touch the drivers and the bracket just clamps on too hard.
Third of all I feel that it lacks comfort as well because of the earcups. The mesh that corsair usually uses for its headset would be neat too have. Although the fake leather is high quality it does not feel comfortable enough for me to have them worn more than 30-45 minutes without constantly touching them and pressing them against my ears so they get used to the clamping force.
I do believe that the quality is absolutely superb for what it does cost. However it is not good enough for me to use them for gaming though. The surround sound is wack and I had to use Dolby Atmos, which costs about 20 euros more, to even get a high res sound. The headset is jam-packed with features but it does lack comfort and gaming features.
Overall summary:
- Extremely premium feel and quality
- Good drivers, but not too good
- Has sidetone
- Nice software, which I use for all of my corsair gaming pheriperals
- Lacks comfort and high-res, which it says it delivers
I'd recommend to either buy the Logitech G Pro X or, the lower priced, Corsair Void Elite USB, which, even though its cheap price, is much more premium if you really need a good quality gaming headset.
Hopefully this helped you and that you got my understanding of testing these three headsets.

@Franku Doge i see conflicting reviews with comfort which concerns me and is stopping me from buying. Few questions for ya since you don't seem to attack it negatively:
1. do you wear glasses?
2. Does it get too warm?
3. Does it press on your ears/skull?
Dolby Atmos only works in 2 channel in Windows. The cups remove if you twist them. I'd replace them with the Beyer Dynamic cups which are very comfortable.
@@Blacksadify got em. No issues with em whatsoever. Wore it for about 7hrs nonstop in room temperature. No issues with comfort.

Just a simple question. Can you used the headset while charging it on a usb cable? It won't affect the battery life span?
It's designed to be used wired on PC so I don't see why it would.

Min Madaya even fully charged, it has a charge protection so when it’s fully charges it won’t charge any further. So you can use it wired and wireless.

The logitech one is kind of garbage, I bought one and after 4 months it broke :/. The microfone stop working because of the socket in the headset, and the support took ONE ENTIRE WEEK to reply my email...
learn to make some timestamps and talk less about the design and more about the internals and sound ...
