Bro, Usain bolt was so different than all these shorter sprinters competing at the Olympics. He was tall and lanky, and he bulked up a little bit from 2008 to 2009. This guy truly is the greatest sprinter of all time, running 100 metres in only 41 steps, insane 🥶 👀!
Not denying that, but his stride length is much more than others and the taller you are the more weight you end up having normally so that's nothing special
I wouldn’t even worry about it I put years of placing together the best exercises and programming possible. Some of his stuff but also stuff from the greatest coaches out there all in one program
I'm doing a little bit of jump training, depth jumps.. it almost feels like training the CNS there's a different world that makes your body react in a very different way..
That first slow motion of Bolt!
You can see he’s super athletic with his form and he engages the upper body to push him forward at the right second
50% is snap city. Good work man
I"m happy you said lighter on sled because it felt faster
I used to do that leg raise ab workout in the 8th grade every day, and i was running 11.4

@@Green3clash but I think genetics play a lot into it at this level
@bigchainring1977 ye they do, that's why only 1 white person has officially got sub 10 in the 100 while over 36 black people have multiple times
Thank you so much 🔥 I just want to ask how would you add to your program?

I have a problem with bobbing left and right when I sprint and it drains my energy quicker than everyone else, how can i stop This?
Nope we want rotation in sprints, it’s called the spinal engine theory, and sprinting requires external and internal rotation of the hip
@justjumari so my upper body bobbing left and right is ok?
What enhances max velocity?
The stiffness ankle
The absolute force you transfer to the ground
More video of action. We don’t need to see your face . Explanation were too long and pushes patience .
