The fact that Benedict Wong actually has a massively British accent makes this even funnier
The thing about MCU movies is that just about every genuine attempt at humor they attempt through their quips and zingers and increasingly painfully overextended gags will never be as funny as just having an incredibly talented performer like Benedict Wong have fun with delivering a silly throwaway line like this. This moment got the biggest laugh of the entire movie with the audience I saw it with.

If you look closely, Wong is trying to get back in frame after an extra overshadows him, so he takes a step forward, making himself look like a rapper, or a standup comedian or something.
