This is insane ! She is taking on a song made famous by 'The Godfather Of Soul', Mr. James
Brown, and puts her personal 'spin' on how it should be presented, using her God given ability
to hit notes that just astound everyone from the orchestra to the audience and listeners around
the world who have heard it. And she does it with no strain evident as you view her closely. Doing
this at anyone's point in an adult career would be unbelievable, but to do it at 12? She is in a class
of her own when you realize all the genres she excels in singing.

Angelina is absolutely fearless when she chooses to cover a song. She has covered the past and present greats and has honored them by putting forth these incredible renditions of their songs.
It is as if all the spirits of great singers living and past entered her body! James Brown! Etta James! It does not matter who, male or female. All their super powers are hers now.
You should see, with English subtitles, her first time singing in public on Norway's Got Talent. Then delve into her later covers.

A small girl and a 30 members life Big Band and she won the competition with her amazing voice. The final leading clarinet was a special Add on for this performance. A wonderful duet. She has the power 🎵💯💃💓🔥all got on their feet for her 🙏🙏💃
This is one of Angelina's premier performances. The power and the technique demonstrated in this song are those of somebody 20 and 30 years older! James Brown would be proud, and I haven't heard anyone else cover this as well either. This might be one of the only songs you've heard thus far that truly demonstrates her jazz roots and soul. I put a spell on You does the same. Great job on support and thank you on behalf of Angelina and hopefully other young artists.

A few years ago Angelina did a whole album with this band, The Staff Band of the Norwegian Armed Forces, called "It's Magic" and you can listen to it on Spotify. 2 days ago it was number 23 on Itunes Top 100 Jazz albums chart. Her single of "Fly Me to the Moon" shows up from time to time on Itunes top 100 Jazz singles chart.
At 12:23 the conductor looks at her and just shakes his head in disbelief. Simply amazing.
If you had gone to the end you would have seen the band stand up and applaud her.

To be fair to the band, this concert was really a celebration of their 200 years of military music making, but I agree with you - Angelina doesn't need an orchestra. She could perform this just as impressively with a simple guitar backing and maybe a keyboard and bass. Her voice does the rest.

Chris Stapleton has an excellent live re-creation of this song, using his own James Brown vocal tools. But this AJ performance is sooo unexpected - instead of using a sledgehammer of vocal power, she's using a sword to slice thru to us. Both are worthy covers, but AJ's adds an edge that mere brute force doesn't have.
I believe the Nordic Gods came down and Angelina was gifted Thors Hammer and Odins Elixir of Poetry upon birth.

The only other female singer that I've heard do justice to this song is Christina Aguilera, she kills it, but she was probably in her early 30s. Angelina what, 12 here, good God!

BTW, a superfan of Angelina’s... Chris Walker (BigAngieFan) enhanced the audio of this performance so the band wouldn’t drown her out. In his video he explains why the location of this performance provided many challenges for a better home video.

I don’t know of any other twelve year old female vocalist that can do what Angelina did in this performance.
Just noted it was listed as being done in 2016. That would make my reference to her being 12,
should have been 10. That is beyond my initial description of her being '12' but my brain hasn't
as yet come up with a proper description that goes beyond 'insane' !
