I spoke at a Celiac Disease conference 🍞 *Beyond Celiac Community Summit 2023*

Even though I don't have Celiac Disease, I had the honor of being on a panel at the Beyond Celiac Community Summit this past weekend. I listened to and met so many amazing people who's stories are relatable and inspiring. Living a gluten free life can be super isolating, so it's just super cool to see and talk to people going through the same things as me IRL. Shoutout to my gluten free fam, and thanks to ‪@BeyondCeliac‬ for putting this together!
