    I just started trying my hand at home made soaps for my daughter who has skin issues I love your channel first one I ever watched was a week ago and been hooked ever since. One thing I don’t ever see is the lye and water and water amount to add. Do you have that in one of your other videos?

    Where do you purchase your essentials oils? The brand I use are pricey but excellent quality. It seems it would cost a fortune to fragrance with them.

      We made one soap with it and completely changed our business to focus on hemp seed oil. We love it for its amazing properties!

      I use a steep water discount! So the water to lye ratio is very low in my recipe. I used to have soda ash in all of my soap until I made this one change ☺️

    I want to make a soap for my house plant. I want to add coconut oil, neem oil, peppermint essential oil, and activated charcoal but I don’t know where to begin. This is my first time trying to do some research and attempting this….I looked at the calculator but have no clue. Any tips would be appreciated!

    Did you use caustic soda in your soaps or just the oils and butters? I love your channel, I make soaps with Shea butter base (melt and pour) but I want to make my own base. Your sopas looks amazing 😍❤️

      Yes, I blend the oils and butter with a lye water solution.

      I would always run it through soapcalc.com to be 100% sure. I super fat at 7%

      Spirullina you can get at any grocery or health store. Indigo I got at Candora soap.

    If you were to omit any fragrance/essential oil or colorants, would that be considered a “natural” soap? What smell and color would it naturally have?

      It smells very earthy! I use unrefined hemp seed oil and that's the smell that comes through.
