    Hi! I have the same machine with the same issues haha. You can really never get rid of the wet steam but what I do to increase steam pressure is to make the water from the water tank reach 50°C, usually though I use around 80°C. This helps with the sours shots and low steam pressure. Kind of risky though since you might burn the heating element but I haven't yet haha. I think to completely rid of wet steam is to lower the spoke but again you might burn the heating element. Made a few mods but I just went back to the original only adjusting the OPV lol. Great video btw!

    Hi, I try on the clear glass and found that my steamer is just spray the hot water not the steam when the timer is counted so I just got the hot milk without foam 😢. But, sometime it steam as normal. I have no idea how to let it do steaming, not spray the water always.

      Hi there. Thanks for dropping me a msg. Did u press the froth milk button (most right)? That button is for frothing the milk, if without pressing it, only hot water will come out.
      And for the value of money of this machine, mine too, mix a little water & air when I frothing the milk.
      After turning the knob, try letting the water come out first, then turn it back & then froth the milk.

    Tq mr. Snow for the video... by the way what type coffee bean do u use? And what is the grind size? Tq

      You are most welcome. Thank your for your comment. We normally prefer darkroasted beans some shining oil on it (beans from Brazil). And the grind size (base on the grinder I have) is 3.1 from the dialing.
      For the grind size, different machine different sizes. Normally after cleaning & maintenance need to recaliberate. Very subjective on sizes as in different brand different time different country.

    Hi ! I'm using this kind of machine, too. So, what is the difference amount of milk used in cappuccino or caffe latte?

    • @SnowMakerTV
      @SnowMakerTV  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi there, for my understanding, the different between latte and cappuccino, latte cup sizes bigger than cappuccino and the amount of milk is more for latte. And more foam for cappuccino. 1/3 of coffee, 1/3 of milk and 1/3 of foam.
      For my cup size, if I would like to do cappuccino, I will put less than 180ml milk as I usually do, maybe I will put 150ml and create more foam when I frothing the milk. I hope I answer your question.

    Hello! When I press the steam button and turn the knob, the timer doesn't start and the the steam only lasts about 5 seconds before it stops automatically. May I know what's wrong with my gemilai?
