What's going on guys, so I wanted to make a necro in Season 3 that focused purely on minion damage and didn't have a core skill that did most of the damage and the minions were just meat shields, I did try a lot of variations with this build and this for me anyways seemed the strongest. This is not the strongest or fastest build in the game but the thing I love most about this build is it's fun to play and for me personally that makes it S-tier. Nice build! I have a few comments/thoughts: 1. I've seen a couple of reports based on players testing that cult lewder node caps at 100% dmg multiplier. This raises the question regarding the synergy of all the minion attack speed increase modifiers. Have tou heard anything regarding this? 2. Flesh-eater node feels inefficient. It doesn't build up when active and you don't generate that many corpses to spam it manually. I see on your video that you have uptime on it less than 50%. Considering that it tranfers to your minions only as 12%x multiplier, you might have bigger and more consistent result with blight. 3. With previous thing in mind, additive node on the starting node also feels inefficient (unless you do it purely for hp). But it seems like saving points from both those things and investing in control or amplify might be better.

@@TheEvolution49 honestly minions themselves at this point are not powerful enough but with the new season coming up minions are getting a major buff and I will be making a new guide at that point. They will he a lot better.

This looks like a lot of fun. Do you think Bone Storm with Osseous Gale could also work or is Army of the Dead better overall? I know the Seneschal does a lot of the heavy lifting for your defense, but I wanted to get your take since I'm new to Necro.

Yes and this build is even better now I just made a video of it smashing t100 in the new ptr. In season 4 it will be really good. I'll be making a new guide for season 4 also.
@@XPGamess Cool, thanks. Recently started playing and there's so many builds out there, most of which just end up being a muddle and stop around level 75. Yours was the best one i came across. Easy to understand, and complete. So i guess until the ring drops for me i just manually activate the skills? Look forward to your updated build for season 4.

You are running Rank 7 corpse explosion, that is doing probably a good 30%+ of your damage. I ran a similar build in season 2, and I was really saddened when I found out the impact BCE had on my damage then as the ring just stacks it under packs+bosses doing lots of damage.. I know its been nerfed a bit, but the lucky hit doesn't actually effect your build. Lucky hit is not needed, all CDR is done through decrepify and thorns/BCE or in my case blight ticks. I have now transitioned to Bone Prison with the blight inside for the 15%[x] to minion damage, this also is a single cast as it only applies when you use bone prison (blight is not on your bars). Finally the point about kalan's edict and the robot barrier, this sadly doesnt work (frankly it should!). Damage taken includes damage to barriers. However, it does protect against losing inspiring leader passive (12%ias). I take kalan's edict myself because i wanted like you to make a "purer" pure summoner.
Well lucky hit chance actually does help because even with decrep its based off lucky hit, the bce is doing ticks of like 7k damage usually which is close enough to nothing. I do like your concept of the boneprison with blight inside I actually thought about that myself.
that 7k brcame 100k in the last room of the vault you are in, this is because the fight went on a while and the BCE puddles got stacked up for a while Decrepif's CDR works with thorns which doesn't actually benefit from lucky hit, so yes I think lucky hit helps on some attacks like BCE/Blight, but for example if you stop using blight and BCE your lucky hit would not assist thorns with its interactions with Decrepify. I should have made that clearer in my original comment.
hewed flesh benefits from lucky hit. sounds good with bone prison, because bce uses corpses that could be missing for minion heals in some fights. or did you replace something else for bone prison? with aspect did you replace for plunging darkness?

hi man if i am just starting at lvl 25 is it better to pick a core and basic skill like sever and reap?
Early on you should get a core and basic yeah, I would say bone spear but it's up to you

Yeah, that's the state of minions right now, they need some love for sure. Hopefully next season they will get some kind of rework.
