    Your experience highlights the importance of getting rglr check-ups incl. bloodwork. It's more common than not for folks- seemingly young men more so tho nowadays; who just don't EVER visit a GP. _Thankgoodness_ you caught that &'ve taken (successful🙌) corrective measures🙏 Keep on taking care to take care💯%++

    I'd never heard of over exercising possibly damaging the kidneys before. Very interesting.

    52!!! I'm a big jessie, so not at risk of this (over-training). Good it was spotted as you felt well. Look after yourself mate.

      Vikas Chauhan basically you break down your muscle so much it gets into your blood stream and into your kidneys which mess them up bad

      Yeah, its something bodybuilders, CrossFit and runners get.
      Can be nasty.

      back to normal but the numbers are uncalculated, once they go back above 60 the measurements dont take a reading. doctor said that i just needed serious rest and i am now back to good condition

      @@dombower ok..good..it will improve ...don't take non veg and don't indulge in heavy exercise...u can also also try cystatin C test..

      Also avoid whey protein...my numbers went downhill after I consumed whey for 7 month .they improved by a lot once I stopped whey....it makes the blood acidic and is harsh on kidneya
