Pls read carefully,i hv replied u that "steam cooking can be done in many ways".. U can steam ur food in a pressure cooker and u can pressure steam the food in d same pot as long as the lid is tightly sealed wid v little water to form steam.. Steam cooking is when you let the steam go around inside to be released through some outlet ( even if it's a pot with a lid where the steam is not forcefully retained)

Actually sprouts are best when cooked because sprouting increases d growth of bacteria and steaming or cooking helps kill the bacteria which are harmful for us .. so 8f u want to hv sprouts u can hv them without any worries or doubt because sprouts are an excellent source of carbs and protein... so jst go ahead and cook sprouts before consuming... they are a v healthy food... good luck

This is not the right way to intake sprouts...Ayurveda says we should not cook sprouts... Not for a single minute.... Bcoz sprouts loses its nutritional capacity when cooked...
