    I’m giving broccoli sprouts daily, to my mom that suffered a stroke. I read about a clinical trial we’re sulforaphane was used to treat patients with traumatic brain injury in the frontal lobe. I figured it might help my mom with her brain and definitely helps prevent another stroke.

    Boy is this the truth! I've been struggling with h pylori for a year and a half and started on broccoli sprouts last week and can't believe how much better I feel! I had a sore spot in my side which I assume is the infection and it has healed up at least 90%. I get them at the grocery store called Sprouts and eat two or three clumps a day.

    Hi Alan....I eat my broccoli sprouts everyday...and very easy to grow in a mason jar.and I eat my homemade fermented sourkraut or cabbage everyday...and I have never felt better in my life..keep up the great work on your video's 😊

    Take these little jewels and add some low-fat mayonnaise add extra virgin olive oil with it, some pink Himalayan salt and fresh ground black pepper. Tastes just like fresh coleslaw and man is it good!! I put it on top of my chicken breast, and it made all the difference in the world.

    I have been sprouting my own for over a year. So easy. After a few months my fungal toe nail that I’d had for years completely disappeared. That’s the only thing I can put it down to. I’d tried everything.

    Just tried these for the first time today. They're really yummy. I made a salad with lettuce, fine chopped red bell pepper, english cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, reduced sodium green olives (they taste better to me this way) and broccoli sprouts with balsamic vinaigrette.
