For more daily updates, you can follow my Instagram here: instagram.com/fullyrawkristina. Many of you have messaged me and asked if I will be hosting a juice cleanse challenge this year, and the answer is YES, however at the moment I'm doing my best to be sensitive to the current narrative of what's happening in the world. I'm also trying to figure out a way for our challenge to benefit black lives and minorities in my local Texas community. I appreciate your patience. Cash has said he wants to be a part of this challenge with us, so stay tuned. We will be sharing more details soon... love always

You’ve inspired me to try sprouting again. I have a sprouting tray but the first couple of batches didn’t sprout well and went moldy. But I am going to give it another try.

To keep from molding put in a mini fridge with a temp controller. Most states require sprouts to be 41 degrees farehnheit and lower if being sold to the public. And it is for the exact purpose of preventing mold.

Try Ken Wheeler’s South magnetic field exposure to seeds pretty simple and gives higher yields and quality of aroma texture and flavor.

Do you use any sanitizing agent for any of the seeds in the first process, like the Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide?

Hello, Kristina. I like your videos a lot!
Sprouts sure look pretty yummy. What type of sprout did you eat for the first time? I really wanna try some, but I'm not sure where to start.
    Hope you're doing well!
    With best wishes,

So from what I’m seeing here is you soak them in a purified water but then after doing that it’s perfectly fine just to use regular tapwater to rinse them

We bought 2 bags of sprouting seeds from the company you suggested. Followed the instructions. It's now day 5 and maybe 10% of the seeds from either separate bag have sprouted.
We're going to try again but I'm not hopeful.

Thank you for providing this excellent sprouting video. I'm hoping you can clarify one detail. Earlier in the video you stated that a half cup of seeds will yield four cups of sprouts. Later in the video you stated that your half gallon jars contained eight cups of sprouts. I suspect you must start with one full cup of seeds to yield eight cups of sprouts. Is that correct?

After sprouting crush up some of whatever you've made, mix with water, and feed to your plants!!!! It is one of the best natural enzyme amendments you can feed to anything that grows.
