I was wondering why a movement that normally should hurt my shoulder (fast external rotation at shoulder) actually hurts less. I think this explains a lot, and now the puzzle (for me) is more complete. Btw I am here to improve my tennis serve. Thanks.
I know how to use proper arm mechanics but “throwing” my arm from internal rotation to extreme external rotation hurts in front of my shoulder. Do you have any tips what might be the cause? Obviously it’s weakness and/or tightness in some muscles, but where. Cheers!
Same here the difference is that a suffered from a partial tear in both supra and infraspinatus tendon, I recovered from it without surgery, but when I try to do what you say it hurts :(
Why has no one else not explained this? It seems like a crucial step I’ve been missing my whole life! I am complete now, thank you Isaac.
this guy is such a good teacher
Fantastic Explanation. Thank you for your expertise
