I've followed your recipe to cook my beef in my air fryer. Oh my gosh it was the best tasting beef I've ever had. I cooked mine a little longer as I wanted it more medium/well done. But it comes out a treat. Thank you for sharing
I have the same temperature probe and I just set it and insert into the roast after turning it and I leave it in. You can easily still close the drawer with that thin wire.
This looks excellent. I've got a small beef joint so am going to try this tomorrow. Thank you for a very clear video. The dog looked very interested in what was going on!
What I really love about ninja appliances is they never us Teflon, PTFE or other Teflon like coatings for their no stick surfaces. They use a unique ceramic no stick coating, it's 100% chemically inert, does not break down even in 550 degree broil/grill mode. You can use a 3M dish sponge with its no scratch scoring side daily and not wear out the no stick ceramic. I am definitely going to buy their other air fry toaster oven to go with my Ninja indoor grill with air crisp
Hi Phil, Interesting comment. I didn't know it was a ceramic type coating. Thanks for that. I will say, though, after owning mine a while and I definitely don't use abrasive pads, the coating on the crisper trys has worn off, more than likely from using dishes in it. and the draw edges also have worn down from being pulled in and out. But other than that, it's easy to clean. I'm slightly addicted to ninja products also kettle blender hand blender 🤣 And I'm sure more will follow x

Hi Lindz....finally jumped on the band wagon and bought the Ninja dual.....my question is as I've researched, googled and You Tubed receipes, cleaning the inside of the appliance and everything in between. I sometimes roast my joint in my big oven in a Pyrex dish with a lid so that the fat doesn't spit all over the place and to help keep it clean. As claimed by so many people that the airfryer has more or less replaced their big ovens, I am assuming that I can cook if I want to my joint the way I would do on occasion. I realise obviously the need to adjust cooking times. But haven't seen anything anywhere regarding cooking in airfryers with lids. Would appreciate your opinion 😊

Hi Becky 💜 I really don't think there's much difference, to be honest. The only difference I noticed is that on the bake and dehydrate settings, the fan isn't as intense. You can just do the veg without the crisper tray, but I find you need to shake them more x
