Amazing how over complicated Alienware / Dell made this case to disassemble compared to previous Dell computers I have had in the past. Thanks for the video. My R13 is just over a year old and is disgusting looking inside.

A tip for the front part, a small wire brush like for cleaning drinking straws works good at grabbing the dust behind the glass front.

To get that bracket back in all you have to do is push up on the video card a bit and it slides right back in. You will see the metal part of the card stops the bracket as it needs to be in the tiny slot

Great video and information, but I would like to add some important things that you missed, that should be included in your tutorial. I explained it below on what to do, and I listed my train of thought for a couple sentences, but I did hit the important parts that needed to be addressed. I’m a 100% disabled Veteran, and I’ve got my Dome(head) rocked several times in Afghanistan from IEDS, a VBIED, and a Jdam that was dropped danger close. So my brain no longer functions in a linear way, so all of my thoughts flood my thinking all at once, and I have a hard time trying to organize them without going off course.
Another tip for people who are having High temp issues with their PC, if you have LED lights on everything, like your ram, liquid coolers, and fans, etc. turn them off during the day when it’s hot, because they generate heat as well. Oh, if you are noticing that your GPU is running hotter than before, it’s because the plastic plate you removed, but couldn’t put it back, it actually blows air to your GPU, and helps push the heat out back towards the cooler.
Just to add something that is very important when removing the cryotek cooler and fan completely out. When you put the cooler back onto the metal plate, make sure to clean the metal plate, and then add brand new thermal paste onto the metal plate, because if you don’t do that when you do a full cleaning, it will increase your chances of overheating your intel or and chip. When I first got my custom R13 3080ti and tried to return it to exchange for a 4090 that was $800 cheaper, and the only upgrades to the PC were the 4090 and a 13th gen i9KF. The rest were 512Gb SSD with 1TB HD at 5400rpm vs my DDR5 32GB ram, 1TB Nvme ssd, 2TB Sata HD at 7200rpm, and my 12th gen i7K(the only one unable to OC.
Anyway the first thing that I did was check the thermal paste on the contacts of the cooler/intel chip, and sure enough they didn’t do a good job on putting thermal paste, and used a brand that doesn’t really do anything to help with the heat. I changed all of my stock fan blades with ones that can spin at 20% under heavy load, and keep the temperature a consistent 70C. Then I added a 240mm push and pull liquid cooler mounted up front, and upgraded my ram to 64GB with no LEDs and in enclosed cases to reduce heat. Seems like they originally had designed the liquid cooling system to be mounted up front, but then changed their minds about it later, because inside starts to look cramped, and makes the case look really small w/o any room.
Another thing that you want to do as well is to probably flush or check the coolant level, and determine if you need to flush out the liquid or just top it off. If you are playing on a game with minimal settings, then a few minutes later your fans are screaming loud, it’s a good chance that it’s time to put new thermal paste, and try to have your Nvme SSDs/Ram with enclosed cases that reduce the heat from warming up you GPU. So just remember that anytime that you’ve had the R13 or any PC for more than a year, and you are finally going to clean up all of the dust build up that’s also causing the high temps. You always need to buy thermal paste to help decrease the temp by 5c to 10C, and if possible swap out the fans for a cheaper better brand, that uses less power power than what came with the PC, and you’ll never hear the fans go above 30% nor make any noise. Always check the liquid to see if it’s got gunk build up, and/or low levels of coolant that are dangerously close from damaging your PC.

Just figured out the issue with the bracket you were not able to put back in. Was having the same issue. You need to push the panel coming out of the gpu into the bracket. Its a tight fit! I think its just so your GPU isnt bending

For the part you couldn't get back in, i found it just takes a little oomf for it to slide into place but it bears a bit of pressure on the fan. Didn't have an issue when I reinstalled it.

Just use an electric air duster instead of a compressed can. It will suck the dust in instead of blowing it out around or back into the pc . That way you dont even need to dissemble anything. Just brush the front side panel with its nozzle and let it suck the dust in.
Matter of fact, dont ever use a compressed can. Theres always some gas/liquid thats eventually going to come out of it.

Ok, it seems "easy" but I am sure I will fail, but I need to clean it, as this front part is... just awfull, how Dell had been able to imagine such "s****t"... oh ok it's nice looking, but a dust nest ! they could have thought about an easy way to clean this front part without having to disassembling so many pieces.

dude that bee hive on the front of the PC has got to be one of the worst ideas ever, at least in terms of the part that needs the most cleaning and is hardest to get to. after we did the power and cleared the lest over powder my wife used a combination of pipe cleaners with strips of electrostatic strips of cloth attached. Must easier to do.
