  • Professional boxing coach Fareed Samad teaches the proper way for a boxer to stand and move. Learn the correct fundamentals of being a boxer starting with your feet. Fareed covers a proper boxing stance, how to move, and three boxing drills to improve your movement and strengthen the muscles required to have a good boxing stance. Perfect practice makes perfect!
    Brother Fareed is professional boxing coach that specializes in the key fundamentals of hitting and not getting hit. In a short amount of time he turns his students with no boxing experience into skilled boxers. He also trains the pros including professional boxers Danny Jacobs and Zab Judah, MMA fighters Roy Nelson and Bobby Lashley, and TH-camr Logan Paul.
