Really? I'm pretty picky with my games but after giving it an hour of my time i couldn't stop. Nothing about it was amazing but it was all very smooth with a little bit of rpg mechanics in there and very satisfying combat with some sick boss fights. It almost felt more violent then normal shooters for some reason, blasting robots to literal pieces is super satisfying.
Game is done though. Like it's fully localized and development has completed. This delay has nothing to do with quality assurance. If that was the case it'd be delayed in Japan as well.
I totally agree with you. People forget that the PG games are happening because SEGA is putting money on the games. And the PG creators already said that SEGA gave them free pass to do whatever games they want. Nobody knows if other publisher would have freedom or money to PG games.

They need to do Dual Audio option like Street Fighter did where you can separately set a character to speak either Japanese or English. Then we can hear Steve Blums orgasmic voice and keep the other voices as well!

the ps3 is region free, so it'll be fine for that, i don't know about xbox though, but i played the demo, and you can get the demo in full english, including voices
you can play the jp versions on your ps3/xbox unless you can't afford i don't see a reason why to not buy the jp version since everything is in it already
