Maat11 you don’t have to be born with it but you have to align to the vibration of it. Change your perception, the way you think, and your vibration that you feel to that of a charismatic person instead of trying to learn rules and follow them.

Being a Rake does not exclude one from also being a Charismatic. The book makes it clear the illusion of Charisma is avaliable to everyone; all you need is a moral code and sense of purpose, and the rest will take care of itself.
