    The way you fix this is by introspection. No amount of techniques will make you good at socializing. Just letting go. You should be able to yell for no reason, or do things that make you look like a weirdo or dork. Not that you want to do that, but having released yourself of the shackles that burden your communication.
    Things like wanting to control the outcome, trying to appear cool, all these things can trigger a fear/panic mode when the mask ain’t working.
    In the end you gotta learn not to care what people think. Understanding that everyone is a lot like you. Insecure and worried about themselves. Self analyzing to the point they don’t see those things you do in yourself. They’ll forget the second you’re out of their sight and they take on another task.
    Just like you do. Your RAS can handle only so much information. It doesn’t latch on to irrelevant things. Only what you deem relevant. I.e. angel numbers, red cars, motorbikes, bmx, people wearing hats. These are things you’ll only notice if you’re looking for them.
    Same with seeing positive responses from women. If you believe no woman can be attracted to you. You won’t see anything, but if you believe the opposite you’ll see positive signs of attraction.
    It’s all mindset. It’s all internal. Win the internal battles and let go. It will take time, it will take practice but it’s far better than learning some technique to get you in the zone.
    You should just be in the zone at all times.

      Thank you very much I watched so many videos so far just trying to find the trick to finally being charismatic when I'm the one holding on to myself trying as hard as possible not to look weird and so making sure I never leave my comfort zone
      But the problem is really me thanks alot bro I'll try this out and it might be hard at the start but it's better than scrolling through countless hours of IG trying to escape, even in the presence of others.

    1. Presence and awareness.
    Confident, people feel what you're thinking about yourself.
    Reframe your internal narrative.
    Challenging the story that you tell yourself.
    Smile first. Maintain open body language. Keep good eye contact
    Telling your mind logical facts of the situation, and Letting go of what you can't control.
    2. Emotion over logic.
    Tell a story not news.
    It's about how you present the story.
    Vary your vocal range, use more animated gestures, and alternate in different pitches, emphasizing specific words.
    Pace, Set the tone and mood. Use pauses, and laughter and keep good eye contact.
    Being more descriptive gives more options to continue the conversation.
    Expansion. presents a question that gives the other person multiple options to expand on. Be more relatable.
    3. Warmth.

    If you look intimidatingly good it's really hard to have charisma because people won't even give you the chance to bring your charm out lol

    • @maxleighgrace8858
      @maxleighgrace8858 ปีที่แล้ว +26

      That is simply not accurate, however, if you look great but are an absolute asshole then you will be perceived as less attractive than an average person with genuine substance

    • @kellygreenii
      @kellygreenii ปีที่แล้ว +10

      Not true. You just have to account for it by going out of your way to put them at ease. For example a little self-deprecating humor or admitting to feeling awkward can “humanize” you and make you less intimidating.

    • @makingmodernmen8843
      @makingmodernmen8843 ปีที่แล้ว +26

      @@kellygreeniiI would never advocate for self deprecation under any circumstance. Simplest way to disarm anyone is a calm, collected, cool energy, a smirk, and speaking to them like you’re in on the joke, like you’re both a part of the same club, that other people don’t know about.
      Really not that complicated.

    I spent years building and nurturing the charismatic personality hidden somewhere in myself, and it worked. I became very outgoing, energetic, and stood out. It helped that I also got into great shape and improved my overall attractiveness and look.
    I knew it would have downsides, such as making me a target and pissing some people off, but I also knew it'd have upsides like doing better with women, making friends and networking easier, and even helping my career.
    Unfortunately, I got all of the downsides and none of the upsides. Girls still weren't interested in me, it actually hurt my career by putting a target on my back, and while I made friends easily, they were mostly superficial. After nearly a decade, the constant negative results finally cracked me and I reverted back to my previous introverted, anti-social ways.
    Becoming charismatic and confident isn't that hard with a bit of hard work, dedication, and as he said, a playlist of songs that get you pumped. But staying that way can be impossible if all you get are negative results, or very easy if you get positive results.

    Wow. This is crazy good! Such an informative video and just the one I've been looking for. #
    As a neurodivergent person with past experiences that made me feel like an outsider, I kind of feel like I am a boring person to talk to which contradicts my want to meet new people and make friends. This video really went in depth and gave me so much new information I can now use and practice on my next interactions. Thanks Danny! Also I'm shocked this video is so underrated, but hopefully it will get more views and subscribers as well!

    Very good explanation of charisma

  • @ShyamkrishnanNair
    @ShyamkrishnanNair 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Totally agree! Charisma really does draw people in. I've had moments where I felt invisible in a crowd, but focusing on being present has helped me connect more with others. After joining the Sense of Humor Improvement Program by Habit10x, I learned that humor is all about relatability. Sometimes, it's tough to gauge what will resonate, and the fear of a joke falling flat can be daunting. But remember, humor brings us together, so keep sharing those laughs-it's the spark that ignites connection!

    Trying to be charismatic with you reading a book, practice and then you’re it.
    For most people. It won’t happen.
    To be charismatic. It has nothing to do with self confidence. That is just a lighter form of arrogance.
    It has everything to do with self comfort with oneself. When someone is comfortable with themselves. They are calming and magnetic.
    Most people are extremely self conscious. Why. I have no idea. But when you are comfortable with yourself. You have no concerns. Even if you make a big social blunder. Because you are comfortable with yourself. You acknowledge it in a self effacing way that it is impossible;e to be mad or offended.
    True charismatic people don’t seek people. In fact, it is the opposite. They would rather be left alone. And this isn’t some game of being stoic and people will come. No. Truly charismatic people have no intention on being charismatic. And that is what makes them so appealing.
