Hey bro, I wana ask you a question about tendinosis in supraspinatus. I have this injury from 2 years and i few months ago i got diagnosed for tendinosis but i did some research on it and it and saw some post about it can't be healed 100% its tough is it true cause i think i might be in trouble if its true cause i have this injury from 2 years ago and i still have pls replay
Yes, technically you can't ever full heal tendinosis findings, but you can certainly improve tissue quality and increase strength, which will allow you to decrease pain. Any time you damage soft tissue (like muscles and tendons), it will never fully heal or be as strong as it originally was. But it can be improved!
@GordonPhysicalTherapy Thanks for reply but I have still some questions, I only feel pain when I do certain exercises in the gym like an inclined chest press shoulder press and from a few months ago my shoulder started feeling like fatigue when I keep using my arm continuously for 1-2mins so I stopped Going to GYM. Can you like to guess it's minor or major cause I noticed my doc said it's minor and gave me medicine and told me to rest for 2 months but nothing happened and after that I fractured my left hand wrist so i focused on my wrist for 3 months but I'm thinking of fully focusing on my shoulder injury for whole 2025 cause I really like dreamed about a decent physics from 3-4 years back. Now I'm hearing it can't be recovered 100% so I'm really feeling very bad right now. And your the only one that have made videos on tendinosis. Whenever you are free pls reply
