My dog got hit my a car today and was missing for 3 hours. Luckily she was found and picked up by a shelter, but they wouldn’t tell us if she survived or not. Won’t know till the morning. Hoping for the best .

My small dog (Pomeranian) got hit by a truck yesterday. He basically died 😢but then he was given CPR right away, and smeared rubbing alcohol by his nose and mouth and he woke up. Was rushed to the vet and he’s ok now just sad and injured. Thank you for this video. 😢

My dog was hit and ran over by a car yesterday evening.. thankfully the car wasn’t speeding like crazy but was going fast enough to roll over him. He doing surprisingly well for what happened.. hoping to get him into a vet for surgery as soon as possible. Currently researching options. Thankfully he is eating, drinking water, and peeing. The bowel movements are not as normal as they were before but he did have a bowel movement once today. Praying for him as he’s everything to me

Day 1: he's alright he's a puppy few months old but his legs are squished my parents won't bring him to the vet they suck. But he will survive I think I sat with him a few minutes and hes strong he's not crying but he's very sad.. I update you tomorrow my mom saids he might die but I think not!
Day 2: My dog got ran over yesterday but he's alive :D as I'm writing this he's sitting next to me rn he might not walk his back of his legs but he will heal!!

My dog got hit by a car yesterday, and my dog literally traumatized for what happened. He screams for no reason. I've tried to to touch his injury and he screams so loud even I didn't even touched yet. What do I do. He's so pity.
How's the dog doing? I hope all is well. My dog had dislocated hip. The first vet missed it, took her to the second and they fixed but had to do surgery on her, cost me around $1800 in total.

hi i am glad to have found your site if you can please tell me how if anything to help my sheperd she was hit by a woman driver whom said her dog was killed in a similar fashion and mainly concerned about the injury to her car. while our baby was on the floor with internal bleeding from her rectom and nose. she was hit on her left back side and was seen by 2 hospitals and is now on medication for multiple broken bones and fractures on her hip and leg and contusion on one rib. she was not supposed to walk but she did from the car to our hallway then one leg began slipping sideway and she stayed laying down and has been for past few days. i was hoping you can tell me if she should have been given some bandages as the handome canine you have bandaged? she is a recent rescue from ohio.

Hey my 1 year old puppy unfortunately was hit recently and we took her to the emergency vet and she came home with the cone and they said that the dog should keep the cone on for about 2 weeks or so depending on how long the injuries are taking to heal but my family is taking her to our normal vet to get the x rays and a check up since we couldn't afford to pay for every thing at the emergency vet

Same situation. The vets brought my dog out all fucked up after his surgery and stitch work. 2 stitches opens up on his paws when they brought him out. They brought him out with a blanket rapped around his legs all retarded like what do u thinks gonna happen 😤😢😓

My dog didn't get hit by a CAR but he got hit by a golf cart. This is what happend... Me and my family were outside with my dog named rocky and every time he sees anyone he starts barking like crazy, and usually we have him tied up outside and we didn't this time to see what he'd do, then a golf cart drove by and he's so stupid he ran RIGHT in front of it. Then he yelped once then ran over to us and he's ok because all that happened was a few of his paws were bleeding not that bad and then my older sister hugged him and held him back while he was barking and growling at the driver and the driver said he was so sorry and hoped that our dog was okay and he was pretty nice and said "I hope he's okay and if he's not let me know" this all happened today and he just got done taking a bath and we're taking him to the vet tomorrow I'm pretty sure... Then my baby brother started choking on a melted popsicle... Like it was just liquid and my dad kinda Heimlich him and after that we told him if he could breath while that was happening and he said yes and I tried to cry while he was choking... Well I did but I cried ALOT before that so only a couple tears came out because I barely had any tears left. So June 3rd 2022 was one of the most traumatizing days of my life. Great...

Mydog was hit by a car, several weeks ago, we are together all the time and love many activities outside,so after weeks of recovery she has been very skiddish and will stop at front door and im unable to get her outside,somtimes able to get her in the car but cant get her out even her favorites spots at park or even river and summer is comming, im trying to be patient and supportive but im unable to find some way to change her apprehnceiveness in anything out doors please would love to hear some advice thank-X

That varies on region and who the doctor is (specialist or not) but usually $2,000-5,000. But there are other factors too, like how many injuries, length of hospitalization, complications, etc.
I had my dogs paw and lower leg rebuilt with rods and pins and it came out to around $3200

My dog got hit by a car but what’s worrying me is he won’t eat, won’t poop and also his stomach is tight and when I touch him he tenses up like he’s scared but I’ve tried everything I could took him to the vet all they gave him was pain meds and a cast for his leg that he fractured but if y’all can give me advise be greatly appreciated just want him back to the way he used to be all energetic 😭

My puppy got hit by a car and he started bleeding from his mouth and nose right away when I picked him up . when I took him to the vet (hospital) they tried to do CPR on him but he didn’t make it and I still don’t know why. I don’t know if it’s because he got hit in a delicate spot or because the doctors didn’t do enough to bring him back 😪😪💔
Im so sorry to hear that. I lost my PoPo my beloved bestbuddy too. I can't believe he's gone. Unfortunately we don't have proper facilities for injured dogs hit by a car.. It's just so sad :(

My dog got hit by a motorcycle 4 days ago same situation started bleeding in the nose didn't make it to the vet died in my twin's arms 🤕 literally feels like just a dream wanting to turn back time.. the motorcycle ran away didn't even think the happiness the dog brought to us and just simply ran away like nothing happened

I hit a dog with my car but I am so angry with their owners, they ran across a 80/km per hour highway in a snow storm and didn't even look, if I wasn't driving for the conditions I would of hit both dogs and a human female... I feel so bad but fortunately the dog was ok.. My car has minimum damage but I'm just happy the dog was ok..😢
