FITTING A BUMPER PROTECTION STICKER

I brought a rubber one but its got no glue on, any ideas on fixing it on ?? Would spray glue be any good ??

Does it damage the car if you don't fix scratches on bumper

It won’t damage the car. The scratches might show through the sticker if they are deep scratches.
