Luo Yunxi is such a multitalented person/ performer who always works to perfection in all the roles he plays. It is so deplorable that this channel stoops so low as to analyse his performance so cruelly using language and tone to insinuate that he has become lackluster in a disgusted sort of half truths. Well everyone including all actors do age eventually but this woman presenter does not need to rub it in. Is she forever a young presenter? Definitely not! Stupid way to suggest that anyone over 30 is already too old to improve and must go downhill! She is suggesting that at 36, Luo Yunxi is a bygone actor and singer! In the same vein you can suggest Bai Lu, Victoria Song, Song Yi and many of the current male actors are also steady aging too. Some are over 30 or close to 30. In fact women age as fast if not faster. Why not attack them too? How long do you think Wu Lei , Xu Kai, Xiao Shan , Wang Yibo etc will remain a young twenty-something? This channel is really idiotic. Men nowadays, especially male performers remain young and attractive into their 50s and even 60s . I love this actor and he is especially great in period costume. Till the end of the moon was to die for and he was sooo perfect for it. Hes got something very special that is not easily replaced. They need to find roles made for him to bring out his unique character.

I think that he is extremely talented. 'Till the end of the moon' was the first cdrama that I saw, and I was charmed and captivated. I didn't think that actors could act so convincing. And his performance was the best. I just hope that he we have more and more good roles which will revile all his talents!
Why not? Not all who are slim are also very strong though. You can't perform many action scenes unless you have the underlying training and strength built over the years . But I don't think anyone is obsessed with slimness by effort. Some are born with natural slimness. We should not body shame anyone, as too fat, too short, too tall or anything of the sort. Luo Yunxi is an excellent actor. I don't know if someone else can play the role of Devil God in " Till the end of the moon" as good as he did. He made us think about what is love is and we saw his deep love and how it developed over the time, and that in real love when you lose someone you love - anything in the world doesn't matter. He also let us think - who in reality is the source of all evil - Devil god or humans. He also played perfectly his role in " Ashes of love". The issue with his weight he should take into consideration and to reduce or even to eliminate at least temporarily the spicy food. Research showed that capsaicin in hot pepper destroys nerves endings. Therefore, reduced innervation of muscles will cause atrophy of muscles. But he loves spicy food, it may be one of the factors why he is slim. But no matter how slim he is, he is great actor. But regarding the singing I like when he and Bai Lu are singing together.

This seems factually wrong in many ways. "Love is Sweet" and "Til the End of the Moon" were two very well received dramas. And the actor in that other CEO drama "Only for Love" was poorly received. Many viewers stated he did not have the same level of chemistry with Bai Lu that made "Love is Sweet" immensely popular. I'm surprised that the video creator would use that star and storyline as an example. Luo Yunxi ended up getting a lot of attention for his role as Tantai Jin. So much that he is spearheading video games, has a wax figure made in his likeness, had a recent sold out concert. and won a best actor award. Compared with Western actors, most if not all Chinese actors look a full 10 years younger than their ages. WOW! this I as quite the critique!! yes he has lost quite a bit of weight & it is indeed worrisome but the obsession with image in the Chinese drama industry must play a huge factor in pushing these actors to acquire unattainable beauty images, it must be difficult to maintain these high standards when young bucks are chipping at your heels, I for one love Luo Yunxi as an actor, as someone based here in the UK he was the first actor who captured my interest for Chinese dramas, I look forward to & enjoy his works, yes one or two of his dramas hasn't been his best but I for one will hopefully get to enjoy many more future projects with him as the ML, so give the guy a break he may be a famous Chinese actor but he's still a human being!

When I watch a drama all I care about an actor is their acting and he is a great actor. Really like seeing him in dramas. His thin physique never bothered me. China is obsessed with making eye candy, they forget why they make dramas. To show good stories. Who cares about towering heights or being young if the script is bad/boring and acting is stiff. I remember watching few ep of a drama. the ML is a dragon. The FL think he's a snake and bring him home. The actor was standing there like a robot so I stopped watching it. (Not to talk about the eyebrows. I could slide down on them) You'll watch few dramas at first for the aesthetics and then will get tired of them. Why so much relentlessness, Luo Yunxi may be thin but he acts better than most other actors, Rong Qi (Silver Princess) and TantaiJin (To the End of the Moon) are great performances. His modern drama Love is sweet was a big hit. Even though he is getting older, he looks much younger than his age without having plastic surgery and does not shock when surrounded by young actors, his new drama Shuilong Yin is also highly anticipated.
He can portray the role, but the thing is as a viewer he failed to feed my imagination how strong and dependable he could be considering his physique. As someone who is doing action or playing the knight in shining armor to someone a well-built body says a lot.

I agree with you and Charlie on everything you have said. It's been 2 1/2 years now I noticed his weight loss and I feel it is medical otherwise as you said it could be an anorexia. He seems like a very gentle natured person and the entertainment industry is a vicious, ball of fire and it takes great mental strength to survive it. Luo Yunxi is an excellent actor. I don't know if someone else can play the role of Devil God in " Till the end of the moon" as good as he did. He made us think about what is love is and we saw his deep love and how it developed over the time, and that in real love when you lose someone you love - anything in the world doesn't matter. This seems factually wrong in many ways. "Love is Sweet" and "Til the End of the Moon" were two very well received dramas. And the actor in that other CEO drama "Only for Love" was poorly received. Many viewers stated he did not have the same level of chemistry with Bai Lu that made "Love is Sweet" immensely popular. My jaw dropped when the narrator started to talk about 'the inevitable signs of aging'. What signs? Compared with Western actors, most if not all Chinese actors look a full 10 years younger than their ages. When I watch a drama all I care about an actor is their acting and he is a great actor. Really like seeing him in dramas. His thin physique never bothered me. China is obsessed with making eye candy, they forget why they make dramas. To show good stories. Who cares about towering heights or being young if the script is bad/boring and acting is stiff. He has been very busy, so he may just not have enough time to take care of himsrlf properly. And how dare you not hint at how incredibly successful TTEOTM was. Luo Yunxi played an amazing number of roles and was captivating throughout. The range of emotions and personalities he had to portray. There are no other Devil Gods in my opinion as beautiful as he was in TTEOTM. He dances and fights gracefully but yes his singing to me is and has always appeared average. But the same is true for a lot of these actors. Liu Yuning is the only actor so far who's singing talent impressed me. Yunxi is a better dancer/actor than singer and that's ok.

Okay so this man looked Majestic in those long robes and with the long hair opppsite Bai Liu ...but he is excessively underweight....but this is a separate issue from his acting skills which are second to no ones....I loved watching him and Bailiu together....he was beautifully adorned in the drama I watched...I will watch him in one of the more modern dramas mentioned in your video🎉...the issue of the weight loss is I think a bit more serious...in the same way a woman can enter into a battle with annorexia from excessive dieting I think this can also happen to a man...Im not stating here that he suffers from it but he is certainly pushing his excessive weight loss close to the borders of it...He is a beautiful tall elegant graceful actor with great talent and I dont agree for one minute that his star is in descent....Lou Yunix I live across the globe from you and you are a beautiful talented man...but dont punish your body so much with undernourishment because it can cause severe health problems for you ....and we want to see your wondetful performances on the big scteen for many years to come❤❤❤
I agree with you and Charlie on everything you have said. It's been 2 1/2 years now I noticed his weight loss and I feel it is medical otherwise as you said it could be an anorexia. He seems like a very gentle natured person and the entertainment industry is a vicious, ball of fire and it takes great mental strength to survive it. I just pray that he gets well soon and continues to make good dramas. I love his singing he is unique in that every word he sings is pronounced beautifully.
