Unlike a lot of "personal trainers" on TH-cam, she actually knows what she's talking about, anatomically speaking. If you know anatomy, you're appreciate what she says and shows. It makes complete sense. Thank you for this channel! Could you please do workout videos??! I would be sooo happy if you did!

I just got my personal training certification and plan to use her videos to deepen my understanding! I think these are the best videos I’ve ever seen, bar none. But it could be affecting me because I watched a video yesterday about crappie nursing homes. I’m 66. Or it could be both. She’s a great trainer AND the n.h. video motivated me! Whatever, I’m grateful she made these instructional vids.!

Wow.Thank you Cori.Im 67 and really outta shape and Ive had 5 kyphoplastys in the past. The physiatrists and my MDs are amazed that ive stayed up and mobile over the yrs b/c of the little exercises that I force myself to do. Some like push ups Kill my back with resultant pain so I cant do those any longer. I have been following you for a few weeks and Im seeing good results already. You are probably the very best to watch and listen to and follow. Just my opinion!!!

Everything that you have taught is in sync with him.

HI Cori! I'm doing more stretching at home now. I've also found that one arm dead hanging from the pull-up bar helps to relieve tennis elbow pain. You've proven to me in this video that I was on the right track. Now I always do wrist warm ups before I do handstands too. Thanks for showing us this comprehensive total body stretch routine. It will surely prevent a lot of unnecessary injuries in the future. 👍🙏😊

    • @VicBattlefield

Sorry Cori! I guess I misunderstood you at first. I thought you meant hanging from the bar was the cure but it demonstrated the cause of the elbow and shoulder pain. Got it now. Mea culpa! The hanging really seems to help me though. Is it doing any harm? What's your opinion?🤔

I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for the last 10 months. During physical therapy, I was told that my ankles were very weak and had poor mobility. These stretches are awesome. Please don’t take for granted your feet. Not stretching leads to tight hamstrings, that lead to tight calves, that then pull on the foot fascia and will make your life a complete nightmare once plantar fasciitis kicks in. During the my recovery, I have also worked on balance exercises on a balance pod and this has also helped to strengthen my ankles. I’d love to see what. You have to recommend Cory in terms of developing more balance. Weak ankles mean poor balance. It’s incredible now the single leg exercises that I can do that were impossible for me.a year ago.

Random fact: The Bear Squat, in Japan, is a sitting position called "Kiza" that is widely used in martial arts.

I like the way you explain the exercises in detail and you do it long enough so we actually have time to do the exercise while you are describing it. Many videos show the exercise too quick and you have to keep stopping to positive video. Thank you so much. And the exercises are fabulous

I like the stretches and helpful information. Could you make a video leading the stretches for the right amount of time so we can workout along with it?
    Thanks so much!

Amazing !!! This is exactly what I need !! I have IT Band Friction Syndrome and knee pain and a weak gluteus medius on one side. I just discovered your channel and have started your workouts. I’m very flexible and fit and fairly strong and a love to work out. But, improving glute medius strength is not so easy 😊. Thank you 🙏 so much 😊
