If you just seal it with mod podge dishwasher safe is it “actually” dishwasher safe? I heard it doesn’t really hold up and should still hand wash. Is it ok to not epoxy it and just stick with the mod podge?

I have heard the same thing. We only hand wash our mugs for this reason.

How long does the ink need to dry before sealing?

What % is the rubbing alcohol? Is it 70?

You can absolutely use 70%, but we like to go a little higher
