    Special thanks to our Patrons for their support of the channel! Would you rather have this V8 Wrangler or a TTv6 bronco raptor???

    • @chrisrosenbaum26
      @chrisrosenbaum26 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      I’m currently driving my second Raptor and was beyond geeked for the Bronco Raptor. That being said, Ford’s launch debacle and delivery timeframe (not entirely their fault, but still…) steered me toward the 392. My 392XR was finally built and loaded on a train this week; I hope to take delivery by mid Jan. Ford pushed me back to Jeep - this will be my 5th Wrangler and 9th Jeep overall. I can’t wait!

      I would rather see Jeep come out with a twin turbo version of their 3.6L engine and put in the Wrangler. I have read how Chysler did intend to have a twin turbo from the Pentastar lineup of engines, HP would be around 350-400.

    • @imnotusingmyrealname4566
      @imnotusingmyrealname4566 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@paladin11C40 There will be a new Stellantis turbo inline-6 engine that would probably come in twin-turbo variant as well. Not sure if it fits in the Wrangler but that engine will be used in all Dodge, Jeep and RAM products.

    • @paladin11C40
      @paladin11C40 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@imnotusingmyrealname4566 This is what I found about that engine
      "the upcoming inline six-cylinder will be available in multiple power levels ranging from around 360 horsepower up to a high output version developing 525 horsepower. Our sources also tell us that the GME-T6 will feature FCA’s upcoming eBooster technology, which uses electronics to eliminate turbo lag. In theory, this would allow FCA to use larger turbos on the future engine for more top-end power while using the eBooster to fill in for the turbo lag associated with said larger turbochargers."
      I hope the 360 hp version goes in the Wrangler.

      @@dwnshft I believe what he meant, what he has implied, is that he enjoys driving the Wrangler Rubicon 392 more than the Porsche 911 he also owns. I used to sell Porsche's at Pioneer Centres in San Diego (1988-1989). I fell in love with the 911 during that time. That said, while I've doubt a 911, virtually any 911 that still runs, would out handle any Jeep Wrangler ever made. Quite frankly, however, I've always been a lover of 4-wheel drive vehicles. Give me a choice of any Porsche ever made, or a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392, and, if the vehicle I chose was a car I had to own and drive, I'd go with the Jeep. Hands down!
