As hard as it is to leave the ego at the door, whether you're a novice, intermediate, or advanced... I really love the message conveyed!
You will get nowhere as a natural with you work only with 5 and 10lbs dumbbells, all this steroids fulled workouts are irrelevant for the 99% population.
Dr. Mike please make a video about comparison between overhead compound lifts like military press variations and assistance work for shoulders. I assume assistance stuff works better for shoulder mass than overhead pressing. Would love to see a scientific approach garnished with your personal experiences

Hi Dr. Mike. Could you do an episode specifically on optimizing heart health? How do we ensure we are doing all that we need for our hearts between the gym and cardio without being terribly inefficient ?

Weight lift, do cardio (both long distance and sprints), watch your salt intake, drink lots of water, eat a diet comprised of whole foods, get 8+ hours of sleep.
Start by staying away from roids. They'll destroy your heart in no time.

amazing work, amazing results. i mean, 45 degree side raises?!?! 😲they are so difficult when done that way and correctly. i'm only 200 lbs, but i've had times when i get the giggles working 5 lbs each side and being barely able to get them up, it seems so crazy. sometimes when i've finished off with a good spotter / the right encouragement my arms would feel like lifting on their own when i dumped the weights.

PEDs' and like 2-5 years of advanced training x.X. I don't like those shoulders anyway- would not choose for my avatar.
You can get there without peds with very hard work over the years if you have good genetics for building muscle.
Won’t happen overnight but that made it fun for me I enjoyed the journey.

Exactly, never impressed by any of these clowns juiced out of there minds, try hitting hard work outs 5 or 6 days a week for 20 years after a day's work and CLEAN!!! Totally different game💉❌️
This video completely changed the way I do face pulls. I now see the benefit of the overhand grip, as opposed to the other way - neutral - that I used to do. (It's like doing pronated bent over dumbbell rear delt flies where John Meadows used to say they emphasize the rear delts more than neutral rear delt flies (which are fine but bring in more side delts). And I've never heard anyone explain the differences in angle of pull before for this exercise - from low, more side delt; from about face level and slightly downward, more rear; but from even higher, more upper back. Excellent stuff. I am curious, though, about the brand of those "dildo handles" Jen used for this one. If you don't tell me, I'll completely obsess about it and will convince myself that they are the entire secret of success on this move, so please: don't torment me. Tell me.

I've been looking for a workout for the rear delts and forgot about the upright rows. Just following this video with no weight, and working on technique, I felt it in my rear delts. Nice
Thank you so much for saying that about the guys doing 50 pound lateral raises and barely getting past their waist while I'm doing 15 pounds just like this starting at waist level and going up and last week I started doing to top of my head to get some trap work in with it.

My mission lately has been to do less quantity with more quality and I'm so happy to come across these videos. I like killing myself in two-three sets now vs trying to do some 3 sets of 4 exercises for the same body part.
