I've found that using very light weight and a TON of reps helps a lot because, you can practice more. In competitions in Kettlebell sport you'll see folks doing like 80 reps on one side, but they are using pretty heavy weight so that tells you what a technical move it is.
Pat any way to incorporate Wendler 531 for just the main lifts and then kettlebell complexes for the accessory work? Id like to still hit the big 3 lifts to keep my strength up but really focus on fat loss and conditioning. Any thoughts?

New technique. I learned to rotate my wrist to properly to bring the Kettlebell up or down.
