Thailand/Cambodia - Fighting continues

Troops loyal to Cambodian strongman Hun Sen launched an artillery and heavy weapons assault on the last stronghold of forces loyal to exiled First Premier Prince Norodom Ranariddh on Wednesday (28/8).
The attack, the first by the Phnom Penh troops in three days, came after a long lull in fighting for the town of O Smach.
Mortar and heavy artillery rounds fired by Hun Sen's troops rained down on the ramshackle wooden buildings that line O Smach's only street, leaving much of the town ablaze.
