This was very helpful. Printing these schedules to PDF is my least favorite part of making a schedule. I really appreciate this video. I will definitely be checking out more of your videos in the future.
Hi Plan Academy, Do you know if there is any way to print (PDF) more than one layout for more than one project in one go? I tried with reports, but it didn't work for multiple projects. However, the report is created, but it cannot save it.
Hi. Great work you're doing here. Just wanted to get some guidance from you regarding P6 scheduling. I have been generating project updates on P6 and i face an issue. When i update my activities status and "schedule" them with option of "progress override" it gives me float till the project end date. Obviously during a running project not everything is done as per P6 order. Some time on site activities have to be done the other way round. And to incorporate such progress, i usually "schedule" by "progress overide". But due to this, i get the float issue. Now float is very important for me as my consultant wants me to show him. What other solutions do i have where i can get realistic float and realistic project updates? Looking forward to your guidance.
Every time I print to PDF the right and bottom margin never matches the print preview. Is there a way to correct this? The only workaround I found is to set the margins to zero.

Can we upload the P6 pdf and make changes through p6 software again
That would be cool feature! No you can't upload a PDF to P6. Just .xer, .xml and .xls files.
doPDF works perfectly
