Hi Sir , Sir we use KPI chart for concrete right I understood. We will make this chart for every concrete work either it is concrete slab or any concrete work?Method will be same ?
Hi buddy! i want to know if we have certain milestones and we can not edit start and end date of let suppose four buildings or four zones? then what is the technique of making smooth s-curve which is not coming as i m following clients requirement
Hi !! Yes we cannot edit start and finish date for Milestones. Similarly, we cant add resources to them. The technique for making a smooth S-curve is rescheduling your project. You can zoom in and work on the areas which is not letting you develop Smooth S-curve. Hope that answers your questions. We can discuss more on this in detail. email us at contactzerofloat@gmail.com or Visit our website, www.zerofloat.org/contact-us
For weightage and S curve ,I put NLU's to activities and update actual NLU's . For KPI graphs ...simply filter that particular KPI out (in P6 only) . The rolled up Cum BL NLU and actual NLU will give a beautiful S curve in excel when copy pasted from Activity Spreadsheet.
Soham Banerjee that is not different from what I'm doing, even you're data ends up in excel. you probably don't make curves for visualization. You're using non Labour which is a hypothetical condition. I'm using the budgeted Labour units for S curve and budgeted material quantity loading for KPI tracking
NLU gives you freedom to put weightage based on effort or cost as per requirement and also gets spread across timescale . Labour units only allows you to give weightage only based on effort/manhours
You might have explained it good. However it appears that you are talking to yourself, being saying delete this delete that. Advise/suggestion.. take the viewers with you, don’t leave them behind. This is an excellent topic. I didn’t follow your style and speed. Sorry for being honest.
