Hi Nourhanne - No, resource leveling does not require a schedule baseline. The Max Units/Time is the number of each skill trade you have available to work on your project. If your Max Units/Time demarcation line in the resource usage profile is higher than you would expect, perhaps, you have the time scale set to display Month/Week or weeks instead of Week/Day 1 or days.

When I add weather days (nonwork) to the project calendar, my baseline doesn’t reflect these changes, so I end up with negative float. Would I need to restore the baseline as its own project and add the same weather days to that project calendar?
How do I show a productivity factor per activity? Is there a custom column I can create to make this calculation? For example...If I have an activity that is estimated at 100 hours.....and my actual hours to date are 75...and im 50% complete with the job, which means I earned 50 hrs....which also means I am running a .67 productivity factor for that particular activity. How do I make the .67 show up on the activity line item in one of the columns?

When I look at my activities only tab my WBS Tabs do not show in larger font or highlighted or at all in. How do I get that to happen?
Great, But we should show the multiple critical paths not only the Float path. Activities are concurrent on the critical and risky, Yes?

Why do we mention baseline type while maintaining baseline? And what are the definitions are each Baseline type (any source content)?
Please my project is not accessible when . All the information such as WBS, activities etc under the project are grey colour or are not active
