I had a penetrating eye injury in my left eye before 10 years... I had my lens changed.. Iol transplant... I have 6/24 vision.. And 6/6 with specs.. Will I have sympathetic ophthalmia.. Pls reply
Hello. Chances of developing Sympathetic Ophthalmia are low at this point. I'm sure some steroid medications would have been started immediately after surgery.
Best is to have atleast a 6 monthly follow up with your Ophthalmologist.

You'll need a thorough clinical examination before starting any medications.

Yes. Certain signs can be picked up if there is impending or early SO.
