Antiparasitic Agents :
1st line = Sulfadiazine + Pyrimethamine
Sulfadiazine = Contraindicated in G6PD deficiency
Pyrimethamine = Possible Bone Marrow Suppression
If allergic = Clindamycin (300mg QID) / Azithroymcin (500mg OD)
Spiramycin dose = 500mg QID

I have toxo on both eyes, they look severe. I can see, but even with glasses it's never 2020, I cant focus that well hence I cant read or see from far away. May I share the picture in my eyes for you to tell me which doctor can help me with treatment ?

Hello. Sorry to hear. Despite best efforts, 20/20 Vision is unlikely in profound retinal involvement. A Vitreo-Retinal specialist shall be able to best manage your condition. Take care!
