Man, I fuckin' love this game. Need to pull it out and beat it again, Mario Kart ain't got nothing on this; the boost system was amazing and made the game so much more fun; the item system was almost perfectly balanced down to the blue shell item wasn't a "fuck you first place" and benefits the person who actually threw it, the tracks were decent and varied, too... Great stuff. The shortcuts you could pull off in this game were nothing short of fantastic, my favourite being the wall hop in Blizzard Bluff and the ultra difficult one in Sewer Speedway. Also, the main thing that made 20:50 rather awkward was that the guy with the reimu doll didn't apologise in any way. He obviously wasn't looking what he was doing and went to stretch his arm and someone was already there; and you kinda have to apologise in that situation. He didn't and it made the whole situation look rather creepy...
I don't really see Trihex' problem. As you can see in the DKR speedrun (the run before this one) they have actually sat there for a good 5 minutes sitting with their arms around one another..

With the additions that Deluxe is adding to Mario Kart 8 (which is already amazing and has 200cc) it's gotten VERY close but CTR is still the best kart racing game, just so fun to drive in with how much you're doing to keep boosting at all times

No, reimu is the name of the plush the guy on the front left is holding. She is one of the main protaganists in the touhou project games.
