Great video… worked in Town Hall in the late 90’s pre Olympics. Functions and dinners. Great memories came flooding back. The actual Olympic flag hung in the foyer til the end of 2000. Great to look up at it every time I went to work.

Beautiful buildings, over the next few months Queen Victoria building will have the 2023 Christmas tree installed, which is absolutely magnificent, runs up the entire height of the building with a Swarovski base. Then, in December Townhall will be dressed with laser lights at night that’s just amazing to watch.
I loooove the inside of the QVB, I specifically didn't go in there because I didn't want to completely derail the focus of the video hahaha but having coffee on the top level is one of my fondest memories of Sydney! Thanks for watching :)

Historic buildings are such a strong essence if culture. It is a timestamp of historical customs and form. It is what many American towns lack. What a great look into Sydney. Really liked this video. You are officially a celeb! That Vault room looks like the walls could tell some secrets!

Wow . They certainly knew how to build impressive buildings back then. I hate to think what it would cost to build something with that detail today if you could even find anybody clever enough to do it. Looking forward to your report on the show.
Thanks for watching mate! It is crazy to think that back in the 1800's the buildings being created were so much more impressive than most of what we see in cities nowadays!

I complained 7 times and they had a technician come out who fixed it for Sunday, very strange that the same issue was there last year too though! We've moved the show to a new venue for next year anyway so hopefully we can avoid that issue!

Lovely old building, being it was a money expo it would have been nice if you showed us around some of the tables but I understand you must have been flat out once they were set up .
It's definitely on my radar, but as you suggested, the problem it often once doors open I barely have a moment to sneeze hahaha I will definitely get better at that in the future though!
you should have showed the full view of town hall all the bum's sleeping under the main stairs the vandalism the stink of them peeing and pooping everywhere
