Iv got one
As an American I generally find Royal Mint products boring. I also find US Mint products mostly boring and overpriced. Give me the Perth Mint and Royal Canadian Mint anytime. By the way, I really appreciated the smooth, flawless transaction with you and look forward to ordering from you again.
@@tomtharos4440 I generally agree! I think the royal mint does lean heavily on their historical significance which obviously serves them very well but in terms of innovation Perth and Canada are light-years ahead of the rest! 😊 Thanks for the kind words!
Curious to know how you acquired these... did a collector decide to sell?
@@peecee1384 thanks for watching! They did indeed 😊
Hi Matt are the king Charles circulated $1.00 coins worth more than $1.00. I have not seen many in circulation and have managed to collect about 15
@@philiprachtman1217 thanks for watching! At this stage I don't think they are hugely valuable but time will tell 🤩
Great items. Yes indeed the special addition sovereigns do seem to be more desirable. Your new showroom is looking great!!!
@@SouthSideFrankie thanks so much for watching! 😊
Some nice pieces that you show cased🙆♂️. Shop display looks fantastic, thanks.🙋🏻♂️J.
@@jamiefrost2091 thanks so much Jamie! I hope all is well in Japan! 🤩
Are silver sovereigns less valuable ? I'm looking at a 1867 full sovereign
No tissue paper Matt.. Awesome stuff.👍🏻👍🏻
@@colinmoody8260 a refreshing change of pace indeed 🤣
I prefer Kings and Queens to Politicians any day 😬 Beautiful coins/sets.
Great video, as always! Thank you! I can't afford the coin, but I would be interested in a copy of the book if you get a run made up :)
Thank you for your video. In regards to the Royal Mint Proof Sovereign Sets, the premier is the Five Coin Sovereign Proof Sets which include the Quintuple Sovereign, the Double Sovereign, the Full Sovereign, the Half Sovereign and the Quarter Sovereign. Last month on November 4, 2024, the Royal Mint released the new 2025 Proof Sovereign Coins which feature the shield back design by Jean Baptiste Merlen from the 1825 Royal Coat of Arms of King George IV. Next year 2025 will be the final year that the Royal Mint uses 22 karat rose gold alloy to mint sovereign coins. On November 26, 2024, the Royal Mint released the first ever Silver Proof Sovereign Coins. These pure silver sovereigns have the same weight of 7.98 grams and the same diameter of 22.05 mm as 22 karat gold sovereign coins. However, the Silver Sovereign Coins have a thickness of 2.56 mm whereas the thickness of the 22 karat Gold Sovereign Coins is 1.52 mm.
@@jadenephrite thanks so much for watching! 😊
Hi Matt, they are all stunning coins and I like this background you can see a lot more of your coins and all best for the success of your coin store. cheers. Stephen.

Three interlocked C's for Charles the 3rd Throwback to Charles the 2nd who had 2 interlocked C's on some of his coinage
@@bensaunders7248 nice one Ben! Makes perfect sense too! 😊
Wish we got cool mint boxes.
@@ihatepinecones99 hopefully down the line it'll improve 🤞🤩
I have that 5oz silver. It’s a beautiful coin in the flesh. Btw the design on the right is three Cs intertwined
@@SeeJayCampbell thanks for watching! A very clever reference to being the third!
Very nice quality. Just wish I had the money to spend.
@@MAC...007 thanks for watching! It's always wise to operate with a strict budget when collecting! 🤩
Freakin awesome
@@kaynef6637 thanks for watching Kayne!! 🥳
Luv your work mate 👍
@@brettpark2161 thanks for watching Brett! 😊
Awesome sets of coins from the Royal Mint. Were you asking about the 3 C’s linked together? My belief is that is a representation of the 3rd King Charles. Ie 3 x C = Charles 3rd. Great video, thanks for showing them off. Ps I totally agree with you about packaging quality. 🍻
@@JimWemm-ql1ge thanks for watching Jim! I think you're right and it's a very clever reference! 😊
Love them. The Royal Australian Mint have a lot to learn when it comes to packaging and presentation
RAM is just talking advantage of Australian collecting community, and being a lower and lower issuer. Under the ESG cover, RAM is cutting costs, but does not pass on the bargain, not to mention the price hike. Premium price should deliver premium packaging and quality.
@@Nrshepherd1979 they used to be quite impressive but I agree they don't compare at all to the Royal Mint at the moment! Thanks for watching 😊
Holy bargain batman. Wrong end of my saving for an ounce cycle, or i'd pick up one of two things you have shown here which totally float my boat. Anyway, I hope they find good homes.

I am here in America. I have paid the freight and own Australian copper, silver and gold coins. Love the designs. I have a couple of ‘38 crowns and I suppose my peak in rarity.
@@GordonKley-nz4qm thanks for watching Gordon! I absolutely love the old Australian crowns, they are a very popular coin down here too ☺️
I'd be interested in a copy of that book. I'd be interested in that coin! But unfortunately, my budget won't extend that far
@@stephenbeyer4315 thanks for watching Stephen! That's the benefit of the channel I hope! You get to enjoy seeing super rare and historically significant items without necessarily having to own them 😊🤩
Really interesting. I think a lot of coin TH-camrs don’t mention related literature, which is a miss IMO on their part. Thanks Matt! 👍

Nice to see one thats not in a book. I am interested in the 1936 Florin and why they are worth so much ?
@@adzoutnabout888 thanks for watching! The 1936 florin isn't always expensive, in higher grades it certainly is but you can get average examples for around $30 if you're just looking to get an average one.
