I made this yesterday , it’s super good , this is the first time I made a chantilly cream , it’s so delicious and the directions make it practically foolproof (also in case anybody was also worrying about this : the amount of cream is perfect for the cake , no excess , usually in cake recipes there is so much icing left over but seriously these measurements are just perfect) also I didn’t have coffee beans so I used about a teaspoon of instant , it still tastes amazing and rich, and didn’t affect anything else

Omg this was sooo good. Just FYI for people On keto diet. You can replace the sugar with monk fruit (no aftertaste) and it is totally keto friendly. My guesstimate even with the milk is that for 10 serving the calorie count is 300 and ~ 2 net carbs. Also I used instant coffee and still tasted amazing. I used Lily’s semi sweet chocolate chips instead of dark chocolate.

This cake turned out amazing! Everybody loved it! I used espresso instead of beans and some coffee liqueur and it was rich in flavor, but also smooth and light. Make this cake, you will not regret it!
@@nguyendang6178 Depends on how strong coffee is - I tried with regular coffee and it was bland, that's why I used coffee liqueur and it was perfect. If using a real espresso I'd say it depends on the taste, whether you want it to have a strong taste of coffee, or mellow, smooth-like.

Pigeoneer Toy I get it about the Nutella! But yes, thanks, the cake refrigerates and freezes well. I cut it into 8-1 inch slices (ie crosswise) and froze 4 standing up and separated with small pieces of parchment paper. If you don’t thaw them entirely, it’s a bit like ice cream cake! For 2 people, it’s 4 days desserts!

Try a small baking digital scale, it would save u time converting into cups
