Just made this today. It turned out much easier than I thought. 😊 I need to practice the proportional cutting, otherwise it was a success! I only used dark chocolate, because it's our favourite. The cake base you used I know by the name of "simple sponge cake", and I also do it without baking powder. Thank you for the recipe! It is delicious and terrific-looking! 😁🎄

Good question! Even chiffon cakes can also adjust the ingredients as needed. Just like in this cake, because I need to use coffee syrup to accentuate the taste of coffee. I use coffee grain. I think you can make a cup of espresso according to your taste, and then just take enough to make a cake.
