Carrot cake is one of my favorite cakes.
Now, I have modified my recipe that I have been using.
A fantastic collaboration of ground walnut and browned butter makes a delicious cake.
You can make more attractive carrot cake which you want to keep eating.
Of course, moist and soft, but the taste has been upgraded.
It is the moment when the carrot cake becomes more flavorful.
Cream Cheese Frosting with lemon zest and juice is lighter and fresher.
🥕 Carrot cake (15cm round fan)
2 eggs (100 ~ 110g)
Sugar 110g
Vanilla extract 2g
30g syrup
60g Butter
50g veggie oil
150g cake flour
150g grated Carrot
20g Chopped walnuts
50g ground walnut
2g Cinnamon powder
4g Baking Powder
1g Baking soda
🥕Cream Cheese Frosting
220g Cream cheese (KiRi cheese)
140g heavy cream
55g Sugar
8g Lemon juice
One lemon zest
🥕 carrot decoration
Some Sliced carrot
Heart-shaped cookie cutter
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of sugar
preheat oven 170c for 20 minutes
convection oven 170 degrees 50 minutes (I've done 48 minutes)
