    I made this yesterday and i REALLY REALLY REALLYYYYY RECOMMEND MAKING THIS!!!
    It has so much taste and its SO delicious. My family also LOVES it!! Its btw the first cake in my life that looks good. I did one layer bc my cake was a little small and i aint taking no risk💀.     으악 ㅠㅠㅠ 빌리엔젤 케이크 좋아하는데 ㅠㅠ 혹시 자몽케이크도 도플갱어 가능하실까요?! 다른 영상들은 다 그냥 생자몽을 넣어서 만드는데 어제 빌리엔젤 자몽케이크를 먹었는데 샤베트 식감의 자몽크림을 넣어서 너무 맛있더라고요 ㅠㅠ 영상 잘 봤어요 >_

    Thanks so much for the recipe!!! My mom LOVEs carrot cake, I baked this for her and she LOVED it. It is possible to make this in an electric oven, just preheat it at 180 then lower it at the temperature on the video. Also it may take about 5-10 more minutes to be ready, so be sure to keep checking it.

      저는 필라델피아 크림치즈를 주로 사용하고 있는데 이 당근케이크를 만들때는 크래프트 크림치즈를 사용했어요~

      오븐사양에 따라 굽는 온도와 시간 차이가 날 수 있는데 겉은 많이 구워지고 속이 익지 않는다면 온도를 조금 내리고 시간을 늘려 구워보셔도 좋을 것 같아요~^^

    달걀2개는 몇그람 될까요?그리고 베이킹소다가 없을땐 어떤걸로 대체 하나요?

      중간 사이즈의 달걀이 약 50g정도 되는 것 같아요~
      베이킹 소다는 생략해도 케이크를 구울 수는 있지만 베이킹 소다를 넣으면 케이크가 더 안정적으로 부푸는 것 같아요~
